The hero penguin levels have the problems of either feeling way too long (the catwoman level) or way too short (the zoo and penguin levels) the vehicle level is alright but doesn’t have much to do in comparison to the other vehicle levels (for better or for worse) and the killer croc level is the only level that imo is properly timed and balanced
I have to agree with all of your picks, especially the Penguin and Killer Croc vehicle one. I would also like to add that I honestly think the first level (You Can Bank On Batman) is also pretty bad. It's not horrendous or anything, but its biggest crime is just being boring as hell.
