Oh man, this was a fun one! When I was a kid, I basically stuck to ketchup and bbq. I would say my top condiment as a whole is hot sauce these days, but I’m also a sucker for mustard - usually the English style that has that horseradish/wasabi kick. For fried food, I always want some ranch. Might as well go all in if you’re already eating junk.

there needs to be a episode 2.0 of this with more condiments.

Gotta say, I'm with Chris on most condiments. Except for BBQ sauce. BBQ sauce is S tier!

So being you talked about buffalo sauce and 1000 island I have absolutely amazing suggestion for everyone that reads this. Take 1/3 part buffalo sauce and 2/3 part 1000 island and toss fried wings in it and then throw it on a BBQ grill. Flip them a few times and the sauce will cook into the wings. Cook it on the grill till most of the sauce looks mostly dry like a decker wing. This might sound funky but believe it or not it taste amazing. If you try the sauce before you grill it it has a totally different flavor than when it's cooked. I have interduced this to a few restaurants I have worked at and it has been a hot selling item. Serve it with blue cheese or ranch dressing and it is FIRE.

Nobody outside of the USA even knows what Ranch sauce is. It's nasty so I see why it hasn't travelled. Mustard and Siracha s tier.

Horseradish is good in cocktail sauce. And it’s similar to wasabi imo

Thats vinigar in the a1 that gives it the twang ... but it also works for steak marinate bc the vjnigar breaks down and tenderizes the steakn

Also to make ranch it's mainly mayo and buttermilk for all the hate on mayo.

Mix franks red hot sauce with honey, cook it and throw it on some wings is the bomb!

Ranch, Honey Mustard, Honey are all S tier. Siracha, Ketchup, Sweet BBQ and Mayo are A tier The rest can burn in a fire, Also Yum Yum/Shrimp Sauce on Rice/Hibachi is also S tier.

Sriracha was selling for $40-100 / bottle last summer. That’s how popular it is.

This had been worst start to a year I have ever had. Got really sick had to move home with my family out of nowhere and then balancing everything.
