"Give me your lowest price" never works. It alienates sellers and makes you look clueless / not serious.

Certainly doesnt work in this case, I not sure why it's suggested. Might work for a desperate seller. Maybe. Thanks for watching.

I'm not a business/company buyer/seller but even as a Ebay seller of consumer goods, anyone who messages me with "What's your lowest price?" results in me not even bothering to reply to them as I just know they're a timewaster and/or want something for a silly price! Any buyer who's serious pitches an offer to get the ball rolling as they should know the approximate price of the item and how much they're prepared to pay!

Yes, it's old and well outdated as a strategy, especially when there is an advertised asking price. Thanks for watching.

Rakesh might want to know why the owner was selling his business. If the business was going down in a loss or what? Anyways, nice moral of the story, but the video was unnecessarily lenghthened, I think. 😊

Rakesh had a couple of meeting with the Owner before this and had access to all the financials. The business was showing year on year growth and the Owner was retiring, but had no fixed timeframe for retirement. Thanks for watching and yes, I have been told before that I must like the sound of my own voice!

No, I wasn't Rakesh's advisor. He had lawyer, accountant and others helping him. The "we" is my broker team and I. Thanks for watching.
