This is a brilliant take mate, and wish more people would hold this position publicly. Fellowship is only formed by yes and generosity. Saying no all the time to others doesn't actually equate to you doing all the grindset bullshit... it's probably a safe bet a chunk of that "work time" is going to be you doomscrolling in your boxers with a can of pringles for dinner. (wrote the above while still watching) Hot damn, the last part came out of nowhere and poleaxed me. Saying yes to yourself is brilliant, and something I need to practice that a lot more. Funny, I was just reading essentialism book before watching this and it's all about honing down on what is essential and saying no to everything else. I think so long as your priority is pushing your comfort zone they are sympatico! Say yes more. Love it Chase.
