I have that same TV. I've hooked up a PC to it once and ran a SNES emulator on it and it was a lot of fun.

I pretty much had the same setup a few years ago until Jon was very generous and upgraded my TV for me. I had an old sanyo crt with my Wii U plugged into a VCR so that way it would convert it to coax so I could actually plug in the screen. I personally believe these TVs are still viable but a newer screen does make it a lot more fun. In this video i think the biggest issue is just the controller though.

It's not a surprise that the crt looks good. No current modern monitor can come close to the quality of colours reproduction of crts. Sure, they flicker a lot but they can have variable refresh rates, extremely high resolutions on high end crts. Even my cheap crt from 2002 can do a version of 1440p in 4:3 at 75hz. They were amazing but they were bulky and we left them behind for portability. Still, nothing comes close in terms of colour reproduction. Not oled, amoled, ips, va nothing.

I still own the Original PS4 hocked on a Full HD TV and it looks great

Hi Kevin , I'm seeing some PS4 slim skins on AliExpress , are they safe to use, will you advice me to purchase them , cost and shipping a big factor.

Im using a 1952 black and white tv with a controller 2 buttons missing and joystick moves on its own and a ps4 with a swapped out 20gb hard drive and an external 50gb harddrive. I cant play games over 40gb and have to delete every time i do 😥🙃

Well, surprising as this is, you can still go worse. For example, you could take that 500 GB drive install a 120 GB. Of course, it wouldn't make a single game experience worse, but it would definitely be painful with only enough space of about 1 game. lol

Should have gone to a mom and pop store. They will take anything as long as it turns on. Also replace the hard drive with 32gig or smaller, add the craziest peripherals you fan find, and superglue the ps camera to the top.
