It's interesting watching this and thinking about how the steps map to the informal writing process I've been using for my story (that I'm procrastinating working on by watching this video 😅). In particular, I've learned splitting invention/planning and drafting is so so important but so many people skip it, but my drafting proper word structure is almost always so much slower than mind-spinning-idea-generating ideation phase. Being able to throw dotpoints up somewhere as I come up with ideas and capture them before they fly away is so important, and being able to look back at those plans while forcing myself to draft but not feeling so creative makes life so much easier! Also, means that I can draft the start knowing at least a decent chunk of what's coming next, so that plot points don't come out of nowhere and I don't write myself into a corner.
I am so grateful and appreciative of crash course. I will be watching all of the subjects to become a better visual artist. Thank you for your help crash course 😍
