basically, from what i’ve heard, yandev confirmed she was nemesis. so, yandere-chan killed senpai, as they’re in another universe, think about it like this; she’s on a mission to kill senpai, and she’s accomplished it. now, like i said, hanako is nemesis in this AU (alternate universe). so it’d make sense why she’s trying to kill you (well, you killed her brother sooo). so yeah uh 💁🏻
Maybe she is Nemesis, but her high place in rival's list is because of her closeness to senpai. She spends all time around him and it would be not very easy to distract her. Buuuut she of course could be tougher than she looks, who knows. We'll see in full game (if it is ever been released 🙂)

Cause adulthood in japan starts at age of 20, not 18. There are plans to change age of legal adulthood in japan to 18 in 2022, so if he wants all characters to be 100% adult shouldn't they be 20?
I personally really love the sole fact that "Witness-chan" was a character used in 1980's mode, as a witness. The same goes for Sumire, or in other words the ghost girl in the girls bathroom.

I want Kiyoko Tatsuhara to be an actual character 😭, Yan Dev should get rid of one of the loners in the game (except for Kuu Dere) and add her because she is truly amazing.
I have a perfect theory for elimination method to Asu (5th rival) So, Asu meets Senpai for telling him that there will be a sports day on school but she need a hand for an upcoming sports event. She also promise that if she win, she will go on a date with senpai. To stop avoid Asu gets senpai, ayano need to sabotage Asu's event just like sabotaging Osana's event. For example, Ayano can push Asu off that makes her shocked and kicked the ball to hard and hit senpai ( And of course by doing so need to do a stealth ) and make senpai think Asu is a liar because she said she was good at sports... ( This concept was from "lυcαs мαiท σr ωнατєvєr" )
I don't think that may work considering senpai is a patient and kind person. He might just help her up or something like that. Maybe there is another way we can embrass Asu in another way

Like let's say he "saw" her "purposely" kicking a ball into someone, causing them to be injured pretty badly but it was by mistake, Asu got angry and accidentally kicked the ball super fast and hard and someone was passing by. Maybe something like that?

I personally think that Sakyu and Inkyu has a connection with the demon world. Since the ring belongs to Sakyu, maybe the voice that said that could be one of the demons in the demon world. Either an already existing demon or a new demon.

Horuda Puresu doesn't actually mean "place holder" in Japanese. It's just a transliteration of "holder, place" in English. It's just how English words are written in katakana that makes them sound so different when pronounced.
Raibaru and Osana’s names are very interesting because Raibaru means “Rival” in Japanese(And she was originally meant to be a rival, or was at least a placeholder for one) and Osana comes from the Japanese word Osananajimi, which means “Childhood friend” since she’s Senpai’s childhood friend
i just wanted to let you know, ayanos old design might be one of the dlc rivals that yandere dev mentioned: aswell as a magical girl, a rookie police, twins, and some others, its really hard to find their designs but i managed to find them.

Info Chan could be the impostor, the final rival, maybe the reason why you cannot reach her so that you cannot see the red line around her. She maybe uses you to kill other rivals so that at the end she'll frame you for murders because she have every proves she needs for it and can delete the proves of her complicity in the School Slaughter. I mean, in the beginning cutscene, who she was following? Ayano or Senpai? Why did she knew the names of every potential girlfriend of Taro? Info Chan is sus. Edit: She even have a special hatred for Osana, saying that Ayano should make her suffer and really insist on Ayano KILLING all the rivals.

Well when you get raid of osana in a friendly way she is mad so my theory is that she wants to help Yan Chan only to take revenge on her mother so our choices will really affect the game and I think doing crimes is also going to affect megami (I think that's her name)

When you Go to the official website character section of yandere sim and click to midori there is actually an button labeled catgirl on it and when you click on it midori turns into a catgirl. The thing about the storyboard promo video, one other thing about it that you forgot to mention is a year later, the group was finally able to film the promo video, and thus, giving us the live-action promo video from 2017. There are differences between the storyboard concept and the final live-action promo video. One is there's an additional intro where Senpai receives a note in his locker telling him to meet her under the tree, and another change is the girl who confesses to him and he accepts her confession is Kokona rather than the mysterious girl from the storyboard concept, but it's still pretty much the same sequence.

I think the voice is the defeated succubus As said in the ending of it She comes back to life every 100years (i think)and she's revived by Senpai I think the cherry tree is where she was defeated and turned into it. That's why maybe the cave is there, so the player can do something about it. Maybe the time when succubus will revive is in Ayanos current timeline. That's why she has ability to see ghosts and communicate with them via Demon realm. I tested it on Ryoba and she can't see Sumire (the ghost girl in bathroom) only through yandere vision her outline can be seen. There's one small one about Saki. On Google when you search something about like "is Saki Miyu Hatsune Miku?" it says "He made them cyan because they reminded him of Hatsune Miku. Because Saki's design had changed, she did not resemble the Vocaloid anymore aside from colour until the March 31st 2020 update. She shares the same first name as Miku's voice provider, Saki Fujita." I think there should be a journalist ending, if you don’t stop megami you can get the journalist ending or the bad ending, to get the journalist ending you must collect none of the tapes, if you don’t collect the tapes info Chan will find them, listen to them and then expose you for your crimes if you take more than 5 tapes info Chan won’t have a full story and not expose you
Theory:the cave is where the "myth" will be explained(If you known about Yandere Simulator you known what I mean with myth) Its a very ugly theory, because, the Senpai rejects Osana(If you sabotate everything), maybe its cuz the myth is fake, or its just because of your sabotage
woah, info chan kicking you out and "recognizing" nemesis is a really cool feature! i never knew yandere dev would think about that. So thats why yandere simulator is taking forever to finish! even if i knew about fun girl, it was really smart to not let anybody put osana in the game. The hair that changes with your sanity? That was such a good idea, but its too bad that Dev scrapped it. The warning was funny! The fact that yandev scraps anything that seems cringy, or is cringe or like, probably more in the future the easter eggs, is sad. Since most fun would probably dissapear.
