I don't like cold, but I like December.
Christmas and the end of the year are still exciting, warm, and lovely.
I made this cake after a long time because I wanted to share it with my parents at the end of the year.
It's so easy to make, so I strongly recommend it to beginners.^^
Ingredients for 18cm Cake
95g melted butter.
80g of sugar.
2 eggs (100g)
All-purposed flour 130g
4g of baking powder.
Sour cream or Greek yogurt. 110g.
Half-legged apple (cube) 170g + sugar 10g + cinnamon powder 2g
Apple for toppings (slice) 90-100g.
Mix 10g of sugar and 1g of cinnamon and sprinkle it at the end.
✔ I baked it at 347℉ for 45 minutes.
✔Cool it at room temperature and remove it from the mold.
✔ 3 days of storage at room temperature (It can be refrigerated and the texture is softer at room temperature)
