My family and I were a blue collar family at the races, I can relate so much with Luke sitting on the line 3rd moto and gotta get at least a podium to clinch the championship. “A family that races together, STAYS TOGETHER!” #StreetMulisha417 #UncleBudRacing
My parents did the same for me growing up playing travel hockey and I saw what my parents but in and sacrificed , watching your family made me have tears in my eyes , this is amazing keep up the amazing work parents 🙌🏾
Man every single moto documentary type of video like this that comes out I end up shedding a tear...dirt bikes have shaped my life into something better than I could ever imagine, and I'm a NOBODY. Even at the local track I'm a nobody, and I don't care. I don't even have a single friend that rides but that's ok, The memories I have on a bike I'll remember until my last day. alive. This is the best sport on the planet, it's not even up for debate
It used to be easy and cheap to get into and hard on the rough tracks. Now it is hard to get into, with easy flat track smooth tracks. This track has more bumps in it than a pro track today.
Awesome video. Thank you for sharing. With all of the problems that are happening around the world, this sport can bring a ray of hope into anyone’s lives. Much love from the Shafer family ❤️. Ride on....
I’am 62 and still love to rip around the track, slower than ever in woops but love twisting that 450 KTM into corners and down hill jumps like Glenn Helen
I watched Roger since the seventies race and I seen many ups and downs in the industry and this doom and gloom that many promote I don’t see it. My sons and and I ride single track. The COVID didn’t stop us from riding, granted I live in a recreational area with a lot of riding opportunities (hundreds of miles of single track and two local tracks) and I see dirt bikes and atv loaded trailers all the time. I will continue riding into my sixties and beyond! P.S. my wife also loves the sport and I try to promote it to my friends and quite often it’s the wife’s take to it more than the husband!
So cool, you added the contribution and sacrifice of parents into the story. It's really incredible, how invested parents are in their kids' racing. So true, riding bikes teaches you so much about life.... great line "stuff that money can't buy." Great job!
went to loretta lynns the first year and only time in 1982 saw lechien smoke them all then the next year beating the pros as a rookie....crazy good went to the amateur nationals in axton in 1977,millville in 1980,redbud in 1981 and then loretta lynns in 1982....great times....
Austin Horna racing some national motocross does not equal living lifecto the fullest, experiencing amazing things to the point where you would make that statement
The MX lifestyle is very similar to the lifestyle I lived growing up and wrestling in PA. It’s an investment, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the sacrifices my family made to invest in me and my future. These kids will feel the same way one day. Hats off to you, MX Parents!
Never can take away motocross and motorcycles Americans love being free you like our motorcycles and we love our guns and hunting two ways of being free and having fun
Barcia had it right. Shout out to monster army and Yamaha for the E/W 250 championships and to Roger and Cooper for the 450 championship. Way to salvage a sh@t storm guys. Brap Brap see y'all at Loretta's!
Basically,, How long can you keep riding a dirt bike at terrifying bone breaking speed's after your arms and hands go numb where you cant even pull the clutch in.
WOW WHEN I WAS 10 MY PARENTS CALLED ME A LOSER FOR RIDING MY BIKE KIDS HAVE IT MADE TODAY I WAS UNLUCKY TO HAVE NO SUPPORT BUT I MADE EXPERT AND I HAVE AWESOME MEMORIES THAT I HOLD ON TO AND IM GOING TO RIDE AGAIN 60 + CLASS
If you don't participate you won't understand, cried when my won his first race in the auto,s, banned my wife from coming to the races, he kept crashing when she attended, 😁😁
You want to save motocross? Bring back two strokes and limit rear wheel travel to 1974 specs. Less injury, cheaper bikes, more physically demanding skill tracks. They don't go to aluminum bats in baseball for a reason. Tradition.
@@MX-CO GAF You go right ahead and obey your masters, I left a shithole state a day ride out of my garage with the beautiful sound of. 4 stroke. #betamale
@@chuckcastle7709 I used to ride right from the garage in the early 90's but In most areas right now you can't. I lived in a suburb of Minneapolis and if you tried that now the bike would be impounded. For that reason I think electric will be good. But if you are lucky enough to live somewhere that you can ride gas bikes right from the garage that's great 👍
I love riding dirt bikes, but let's get real. Troy Adamitis' tone and style of MX Sport-Doc movie-making was cool when it first came out. But it is getting incredibly pretentious and over dramatized. It is just dirt bike riding and racing.
I disagree 100%. Troy's voice is " THE " voice in moto documentaries. And to some ( Like all the LL's racers , Nationals , SX , and even local races ) it is much , much more then " Just riding a dirt bike ".
