Oof! Yeah... I honestly think that's an issue with a lot of jobs, ya know? I wish more jobs would allow for cross-training/cross-promotion/extended education etc. Even if there's no room for promotion in their company, their people are gonna leave for something better or even just different ANYWAY, so they might as well invest into their employees. Might make them stay longer, too!
