I'm pleased to see they've addressed a couple of the issues you've mentioned in this video with the 2020 20/20. The wood core actually loops around the concave hull now, giving it more rigidity for popping off your edge. It's also full camber now, and they've added an aggressive mid-bite and two bamboo stringers. I cant wait to give it a go as an all-mountain/pow freestyle deck. For when I just cant be bothered to hammer my Flagship down the hill, and want to chill n spin. I'm really hoping the wood core in the tips helps with butters on hardpack too. This is going to be one long-ass summer! Fucks sake...

i have previously got drawn to the hype of boards before n been disappointed.. the yes 2020 looked unreal n i thought it would fullfill the powder dream ... but for the hype that was on it and the pricetag... i found better results at better price points out of boards like the slush slasher and camel toe... lesson learned powder hull tech looks n seems cool but is a wierd tech that triplebase does better...
i dont live near a mountain resort and i dont have the privelledge of testing out a shit ton of different boards to see which one i like and dont like and with all this new tech on boards coming out like 3BT on Battaleon boards or the Magna Flaps on Mervyn boards or the carbon erections on the Capita DOA I was wondering if you could do a vid where you call the bullshit from the real McCoy because every other snowboard reviewer out there seems like they have a rolled up dollar bill wedged inbetween their ass cheeks with pleasant dust being blown up there by some brand or another. Its pretty difficult to choose a board when you cant try them out and wthout being an expert in board manufacturing itd be nice to get an honest view on things, i appreciate it might be close to endorsement suicide for you if at all you have any (it doesnt seem like you do) but that also kinda has a nice ring to it
ian casizzi ... Magna traction.. Tested... It works ... Thats a yes... Powder hull it works thats a yes... Just slower the a bataleon with 3bt... Triple base tech is insane yes ... Simple fast and tried true... Arbor system like magnatraction... Its ok but still a working idea... Arbors raised contacts... Minor but creates a slightly more smooth feel aka less catchy.... The powder hull is amazing in a couple ways hard A.F to wax properly incredibly fun but wierdly slows the board down unless in steep steep deep...
I'd be careful saying its a good board for hitting backcountry jumps. Natural hits, yes! However, this board sucks on groomers, and isn't great for hitting a jump you built in the backcountry.
