What sticks out to me is that the woman who let him stay in her home looks at him like her son. It’s in her eyes. She loves this kid. Bless her heart

The man literally had nothing then gets 90k in go fund me , and the first thing he does is donate 25k to a school . I swear this young man is destined to be someone great .

I really cried because this kid’s hustle was so inspirational.

I've walked 2 miles to work each morning.... I've previously walked 8 miles to and work as well as work 10 hours. I've sacrificed to help my best friend, family etc ... I know I'm strong enough even though I'm still without a vehicle today... But soon I will. I love watching similar stories. I'm reminded everyday that with a hard-working mentality, success is guaranteed.

I could not afford a car until I was in my late 20s. I used waitress tips for driving lessons. I had to walk for over 4 hours a day to work, grocery shop. When you need to survive, you just do it.

Two years ago I went to see my mother in hospice care two days before Christmas, I hadn't seen her in years. We talked, said goodbye, my ride didn't show up and I began to walk, and then my phone died, and it was cold, dark, and I was lost. Then..., I heard the bloop, bloop behind me, it was a state trooper. Oh man, I did not need that, a man of color in Maine walking on the side of the road at night. Then three more officers showed up, it was a sea of lights on the side of the road, yeah, I was understandably a bit nervous. I told them what was going on, they called the facility, my mom was there and they verified that I had been to see her. When the Trooper heard that he pointed at his car and told me to get in. We rode in silence. That man drove me 65 miles and litterally dropped me off at my house, he doesn't know I saw him but he wiped his eyes as he drove away... My mom died a week and a half later. Not all cops are bad.

Walter is what the American spirit is all about! He could be PRESIDENT one day!! God bless him!!

I remember when my wife was pregnant with our first child I had to walk 6 miles everyday for 2 months I lost 80 pounds this young man was determined and got it down good job

Does anyone else have watery eyes? When Steve asked "you're a man of faith, right?"...then I realized why this story was so beautiful...I'm guessing that each of the main people in this event (the officer, the homeowner, the company CEO, sorry if I left someone out) is also a person driven by faith in their Creator!
