11:07 sachin pilot quotes article 343 of the Indian Constitution for reservations. Sorry but article 343 part 17 speaks of official language. It's article 338 part 16 which regards the reservations.

I highly doubt if any of these debates can be fruitful , they don't want to make better policy, decisions from the conclusion but they are sitting there to prove each other wrong rather than agreeing on a valid point

I am commenting here after seeing 7 year's old debate, you can use economic level to give and distribute the reservation but don't forget that, what type of data will reach to government, as only 2.7 crores People have government job, it means, 50 crores People can be included but 80 crores are still left so, I just want to say only one thing that, it will really be a very challenging for government to distribute reserved seats in a kind way and in a right way because nobody will try to show himself rich and capitalist so, my point is very simple that, at First, government should collect the right data then can only, anything has to happen but castism is not very right at all. It is very complicated point and whenever we start debate on this topic, it takes the appearance of controversies so, I expect that, government will understand and read our society but the removal of reservation should not be heard ever and it is the point of our Indian conistution, perhaps Sachin can be right but he doesn't not have correct information, may he will try to update hisself... And he would have been because years have spent..

Have some maturity and logic in your opinions ma'am....If public was that intelligent & wise to refuse to demand licquer bottles,then why were you handful of politicians elected to ensure law enforcement. If the leader(who holds certain powers granted by legislation )says that what if I did'nt see the bad happenning,and blame it to others that even they didnt see it either...then thats very sad and you dont deserve to be called a leader.... Also,goving up ac and leisure life sonetimes is nothing to boast of...politicians are ideally meant to do that,if that is the need of the hour...
