Alfie, your feet might be hurting because you haven't worn your shoes in or you are getting into the running to quickly. It might be better if mid way through doing your run you do a stretch on a lamppost or a rail or wall just to take a break and you could maybe do this at the beginning as well...

Alfie with your running you need to slowly introduce it. Exercise first (stretching and such), and jog at a slow & steady pace in long distances. Then add sprints in spontaneously. Until you are used to it. I wouldn't advise doing long distance sprints as you seem heavily footed. Maybe get a trainer or a fitness plan to help you?

Run in shoes that are soft at the bottom! Otherwise you will hurt your feet. Also eat something before your workout, if not you will feel more tired afterwards xx

my dance teacher was telling me that you should never drink ice cold water until about an hour after you exercise because your body is exhausted and doesn't really have the energy to cool the water down and it could cause your system to go into shock. I don't know if that applies to running but I assume it does and thought I should share!

Alfie wear insoles in you shoes, it will support your foot so it doesn't collapse,I have them because I'm flat footed and hyper mobile in my feet so I get aches and pains regularly, and insoles reduce the pain

You need to get proper supportive shoes (Sweat Shop do a cool computer scan) and you need personalised insoles (Sweat shop), you wont believe how much better you will run. Keep going!
