I appreciate your kind and honest comments :0) I still feel bad though when a persons parcel is late as WE ARE ON TIME WITH EVERYTHING and I generally tell folk if there is a problem or something like out of stock items that I'm waiting on coming in etc. That's normally the ONLY reason parcels are ever late my end and I've done send on's before today so parcels are on time and out of stock items are sent on! No Bobbi I wasn't aiming anything at you love lol. It's not an easy job to do, to run a business of any kind these days. I've been at it since 2011 and I once had a group of women who tried to con me! They worked the internet as a team but unknown to any of the sellers they targeted :0( One person ordered (not just from me but several sellers they hit the same), she said the parcel hadn't arrived, then 4 other women did the same! They were making big orders too, paying for them and then saying they hadn't arrived. Once refunded, they would share out their booty! Only I found out about the con because suddenly one of them had a heart and told someone, who then told someone else and then I was told what they'd done! I actually claimed my funds back through THEIR Bank & Paypal accounts as I was a legit company, but the other sellers were not registered businesses! Since 2011, you'd be surprised at how much fiddling goes on in this line of business, that's why I take extra precautions to cover my arse lol. There are some bad people out there :0( Told you didn't I, that I had to get the Police involved once, over bunch of women trying to bully me and take me out! You never hear much of them now and I'm still here :0) Best thing to do if you want to run a legit business these days: 1) Learn the Law. 2) Take precautions to cover your own arse. 3) Never give in to a Bully! Some of my old followers know that I stick up for the under-dogs on here as I can't abide bullies and I know quite a bit about business & common law. In regards to the guy that kept his purchase, you could have claimed it back through paypal or his bank, as there are laws that cover you as a seller!!! I did put in a claim with Amazon oh it was Amazon not eBay. So I didn't have PayPal to rely on. I didn't get my money back.
