As an older woman who is nearly housebound from chronic illness, it was particularly uplifting to be reminded that my vibrational energy still joins the rest of humanity. I am mostly content & joyful within circumstances. I don’t wish anyone to have chronic illnesses, but I do wish everyone the personal contentment & joy that I have discovered.

That's exactly what I tell my sister, stop watching the news. There is nothing you can do about it, it doesn't matter who wins the elections (we are in Spain) or what's going on with the economy, focus on your wellbeing and you're own development. My sister suffers from anxiaty and she's always afraid of everything. The news only amplify these feelings and worry her. I enjoy listening to the Zs
I cannot speak about shows like this to most of my friends. Even just mentioning that I stopped watching the news let's them raise their eyebrows... But in the case of anxiety (and I used to be there too!) it's one of the best things you can do - stop watching the news! Imagine most people would watch this show instead! ❤🎉🎉
That your sister lives in/suffers from anxiety… is proof that “the system” is working… for that’s exactly what the system is designed to do, keep you in fear. I end most of my performances with Amazing Grace...the love codes contained in this song reverberate universally amongst the people. Next in line is How Great Thou Art, followed by In the Garden. Yes it is very emotional. The music which gets to me every single time is listening to the Russian Baritone Dimitri Hvorostovsky. Sadly no longer with us. His voice and persona is very special and he seems to have another dimensional quality.
I always say, The Beatles' music got me through the teen years and then some with their message of positivity, and love, so needed in those times of social upheaval and turbulence....much like today.

Ever since I can remember organized religion has always put me off. When I was younger it was much harder for me to understand why I felt that way. I am 68 now and I am so happy my feelings about it are okay. It has helped me to trust my intuition
Same but I accept there religious programing, its better then the other side of negativity so at some level they are vibrating to there highest tune available.

Regarding America's Got Talent, all I can say is YES! I don't watch the show regularly, but the reasons those magic moments are so poignant is that we see that person's soul. It's like God or the Universe is speaking through them to all of us. It's so moving.

So many live in the material concrete jungle and think that is what life is. The amount of disrespect for earth is massive. So many don't have any idea the connection we have to earth and how important it is. Their focus is on what they can take from earth for their own selfish reasons. We must take care of earth the way she has taken care of us. That is what is important , our relationship with earth as well as with each other. This material focused society needs to open themselves to what is really important.
It would be good for you to evolve out of that sense of superiority and judgement. Good luck on your journey, we're all at different places on the same path really.

One of the best things we can do each day is, pause, get Conscious in the Now, step outside and just Look + Focus on this Earth, the Sky, Sun, Moon, Vegetation, and think about that Energy + All the Animal Life that this Earth and Solar System Nurtures. How amazing is that which we take for granted ... and just feel that appreciation of "Go God" ... ⛅ ... and then Know "it's that Creator's Energy that is flowing to you, through you, and is the Source of You, Your Soul's Source.

It's so true that the shadow work, old templates or triggers are coming up rapidly, intensely. For the most part I'm processing quickly and seeing each bit of opposition as an opportunity to see things differently and behave differently. Each person is dealing differently. It's fascinating!!
