Found out about the Zeta Players addon. Messed around with it and these were the results. Who knows I might do more of this since it was so fun.

They can respawn, you need to enable it in the lambda players options in the menu.

You can't really make them use the specific voiceline you want them to use. If you're talking about a zeta voicepack thats entirely different

If you make a profile for zeta players set the combat chance really high and make sure under the Zeta Players tab that in Combat Options Ignore Other Zetas and Ignore Friendly Fire by Other Zetas are unchecked.
