Might think of teaming with Iskall and Stress next season. They started a fun mini games district western themed late in season 9. It would be fun to see them bring that fruition and collab with you on some of it.

This stream/upload embodies everything I fell in love with back in the early HC seasons. Just a bunch of friends hanging out making high school jokes to make each other laugh. The games themselves were top notch! The management of the Olympics was seamless. and seeing people other than hermits running around with them was cool too! Fantastic start to 2024! Whitelist Skizzleman 2024! I can't wait to see more uploads from this server

i didn't expect than the non-french community never played dé-a-coude (the one you called thimble tumble) its one of the most famous game, it exist since the start of minecraft

ayyy glad someone spotted it ! I'm the one who built Thimble Tumble as an hommage to Dé à Coudre and also to introduce the game to the non-french players. I'm French and grew up on Bob Lennon videos so this game was a staple of my Minecraft experience ! I modified the rules a bit, but at the bottom of the tree there's a book explaining the origin of Dé à Coudre and giving proper credit to its creators :)

@@smolbluegoblin there is always a french hidden in a english community xD i also, kind of, grew with Bob Lennon and Fantasio974 but there humour was a bit too much for me, and since a love redstone, i ended up with aypierre (hens the AY on my name) the rule modification isn't that big so its fine, its adds a bit of strategie (even if, i feel, it makes it a little bit easier to have a harder pool since you don't have to land on a dangerous block)

absolutely love these streams!!! shame i was in meetings all day :( thank you for bringing more hermits on as well!!! really hope these come around a handful of times a year if possible :) great fun and I love when hermits and others do stuff together outside of their SMPs, being able to see their friendships and other things keeps it all fresh :)

This was a fun event to watch Zed! May I inquire a few suggestions to make it even more entertaining for the spectators who watched it live on the server; For events like Yeepers Creepers where the top area of the arena is an open space, maybe allow the spectators to throw foods into the arena for the players in case they needed to regenerate the hunger bar, that way they could help who they want to win stay alive longer and potentially win. Overall it was a fun event nonetheless. I enjoyed it! Thank you for making the event while we wait for HC season 10 announcement.

the 2nd game is BS. How does that fair for every player who goes after? What should have been done is 1st round each player places a block first, THEN everyone takes turn jumping (no placing block). Whoever survives gets to the 2nd round, and again, all remaining players each place a block, THEN everyone takes turn jumping (no placing block). Whoever survives gets to the 3rd round, and so on. That way everyone is fair game, jumping in an identical challenge.

Having played the game, it's a lot more fun to have the board organically grow as the game is played. Each jump is different. Technically those who are earlier in the queue have it better because there's more water... But technically those who are later in the queue have it better because the people before them might have already died (so you could win having done 1 less jump in total). It's a pretty balanced game
