Writer and Academy Award-nominated actor Jesse Eisenberg joins us to talk about his latest play, The Revisionist, in which he co-stars with Vanessa Redgrave at Off-Broadway's Cherry Lane Theatre. Eisenberg plays a narcissistic young American writer who visits Redgrave, his distant relative in Poland who is still traumatized by the Second World War. The clash between the two characters and their family values, lead to the revelation of a heart-wrenching secret that changes both of their lives. In a freewheeling conversation, the astonishingly forthright Eisenberg discusses how he went from being a kid doing children's theater in Queens, to being a celebrated and accomplished actor/writer, now appearing in his own work opposite one of the world's most legendary actresses.
