I remember that documentary on Barney the Dinosaur was really good until the last 15 minutes or so, when they hauled out all these blue-haired "experts" to tell us the "meaning" of Barney the Dinosaur, and of course it was all bullsh!t.

Never heard of Longlegs, saw it come up and Frank Gore give it praise, heard Maika Monroe, SKIPPED the rest of his review, bought tickets for tonight. Monroe, Cage, Underwood, Witt, and an FT recommendation, we're so there.

Gladiator 2 being diverse makes sense in context. Ancient Rome was incredibly diverse, they had slaves from all over the world and slaves had a vast differences of experiences even to being free. 75-85% of the population was Roman the others were slaves but they could become Roman. Don't mind diversity when it makes sense.

Is there a way to play trailers without it sounding like it was recorded off a TV with a cell phone? I watch a lot of other streams where they have good sound on video playback, how do they do it?

Chris if you like rocket stuff you have to get to Starbase in Texas (Boca Chica) and watch Starship takeoff live in person. It's a life changing event , and test 5 (Aug or Sept) will be the first time they try to catch the booster with the Mechzilla arms

Disney Marvel is garbage I even hope Deapool Loves Wolverine will underperform. Maybe if there's enough failures Disney will sell Marvel to a non activist dominated/Woke discouraged company, eventually! Marvel and DC spent decades not having enough money to make their best characters and mythology into good movies. Due to lack of investor money and limitations in technology of the time. Now they have all the money in the world and scumbag Leftists activists are destroying what took so many years to build! Childhood dreams being pissed on by selfish, imposing, lazy, lowlifes! Ones who have no respect for the great storytellers of the past who are the reason they have jobs and can be part of that legacy. But they step all over the history with no regard for the past or fans sentiment.

In regard to Fly Me To The Moon we don't get alot of period pieces these days to begin with. So when they use modern references, dialogue and behavior to probably pander to idiots who don't know or care about history it really pisses me off.

Star Wars ended in 1983 and "fans" couldn't let it go. Fans are terrible because they don't know when to let go of their cultural security blankets and move on to find new culture.

@@ShadeDraws That is a lazy and incoherent argument. James Bond has existed since 1962 with 25 films in 60 years. That means there has been several generations of fans since the first people watched it in the early 1960s. It has been successful every single decade with movie fans. Star Wars is the same and been successful with several generations of people not one original group of fans from 1977 with other media beside movies like novels, comicbooks, video games and boardgames. Plus tell us what new culture that has been successful enough. Oh wait that is called Marvel which has made 33 films and all the same people who like Star Wars has made it a big hit for the last 20 years. Sorry your argument is bogus.

It was a story about Luke Skywalker and ended with Return of the Jedi. Fans don't know when to let go and move on to better things. This is why Star Wars is an unmitigated mess now; it's trying desperately to be something it was never intended to be. Your comment proves my point.
