You really need to do Roman sky live at the Grammys. It's acoustic and I think it really shows their skills as musicians and M Shadow's vocals are absolutely out of this world.
I don’t know the exact meaning of this video but I like to think it’s someone entering the afterlife replaying a dream or the highlights on their life but yet still alone with their own soul. “Dancing in the wind like roses born again” is a beautiful line.
One of my favourite songs off the album, it's so different and lyrically you can kind of take what you want from it. I personally think of it as one of being that the people we care about and love, it doesn't end in this physical plain of existence and it transcends time, space and reality. That's the kind of vibe I feel like they're going for here, but then I may be COMPLETELY off, that's what I love about it.
Interesting fact: I was listening to Avenged Sevenfold’s podcast (titled Trax, I’d definitely give it a listen if you like podcasts) and Brooks Wackerman (drummer) said he used 3 different drum sets just for this song
To me, this is their best song bay far. It’s about how Matt told his wife that even after death, they will find each other again. The lines about different points in history are about how they continue to find each other and be together over and over again throughout time. I think it’s an incredibly beautiful love song.
One of their greatest songs ever and best guitar + drumming to date done by them. Probably the biggest hit with their fans out of their last 3 or 4 albums. Kinda wish you didn’t do the music video so you could really focus on the music but happy you reacted to it nonetheless!
It's multiple vocoders not auto tune. Think daft punk/Kanye. That being said, the song is beautiful. Go listen to it laying in bed, eyes closed, before u go to sleep and soak it in.
Its the end of a Universe, that's what the hourglass was signaling. no matter what or where in the universe, you will find death. Its a fight we'll never win and time again we try. and when he starts the clock again he waits for the death of another. I found death dancing on the beach as something he enjoys when the sun sets on the universe before he has to destroy it. Thts how i see it anyways.
I feel like you'd enjoy listening to "Pinkly Smooth" it predates avenged sevenfold. But the band is comprised of Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan on Vocals & Synyster Gates on Lead Guitar (per usual) lol. They have a bunch of unreleased demo tracks on youtube
Can I recommend a musical song? This musical song will not disappoint you it from Epic the musical based the homer Odyssey greek story. There's no mv. The songlist goes in order cause it tell the story. Epic: Troy Saga (official concept album) 1) The Horse and The Infant 2) Just A Man 3) Full speed ahead 4) open arms 5) Warrior of the Mind
Music videos take away too much from a first listen I find. prefer to watch people react to a lyric video at most tbh. And yeah I'm with you, it's a fine music video, but to me most music videos are meh. The music is more important.
