The only reason penises are shown small is because they are shown on a naked person that has been sitting still for a long time for the sculpturer to sculp him so his genitilia contract naturally to deal with the cold..

@@Nw-zh1uq what you say is somewhat right, its true that the athletes that usually modeled for the statues was often cold and tired from just finishing a heavy workout (as muscles tend to tense up for hours afterwards), but If you compare their size to most flaccid male penises, they are actually not significantly smaller than real-life penises tend to be. in greek mythology, the heroes were preffered to have small penises while barbarians and other mythical creatures was depicted with a large penis and was therefore uncivilized. i could talk about this all day, buddy, but the true answer is that it really comes down to cultural taste.
