Aww, Bradley is gonna be jazzed you stopped by.. gotta say, Chris, our Bradley has a rather discerning ear for sublime creative writing/lyrics and doesn't usually go full throttle Pikachu face for just anybody..not even for Ren, lol. It's just so cool that in our collective communities we seem to always find such lovely kindred spirits, people you will most likely never meet, but an instant kinship of sorts regarding all things musically pleasing is happily shared among us. I am so fucking happy that you love this one! Rens lines about pot really got me when I first heard it because I use it everyday to numb my pain (both physical and emotional) and I've been thinking about quitting it lately. They were both fire on this one. You and Ren are a lot alike in that you're both beautiful human beings😊 Fun fact: Webbys dad did some of the guitar on this one

I’ve had other addictions, never drugs (I knew myself too well to EVER start that shit) so I do know how hard beating addiction is. I’ve also helped people through quitting pot. I hope you do it, I hope you quit. It won’t be easy, it won’t go smooth, but I hope you do it. I’m rooting for you.

I smoked weed everyday for 25 years. I cut down over the years. The last night time spliff was the hardest to let go of. To be honest I struggle with insomnia now, I thnk I did before, as started smoking a 15 I can’t remember. I also found that I had to learn to sit with uncomfortable emotions and how to deal and process situations and my emotional responses as I had just numbed myself to feeling and dealing with stress. I have since learnt that I am both ADHD and Autistic and have a very High IQ. Since stopping though I’ve become more creative, fearless and started a successful business. I also have way more money in my pocket! Good luck and be kind to yourself ❤

Ren and Webby sound so good together here. There seems to be a lot more moving parts not only in the video but the music. Webbys dad is playing the 12 string acoystic guitar.Ren is singing a F# ...way up there! They have mad respect for each other and Webby thinks Ren is the most musically talented person he knows. I was always called an old soul because I listened to people and always tried to see both sides of things. Was also raised by my great grandmother and grandfather so I had a lot of old school values, always opening doors and standing when a woman walks in the room ect, I put others before myself even when it was a determent to myself.... (Took me a long time to relearn not to do that.) Moving from the country to Chicago cured me of that pretty quickly. Back in the day people didn't take advantage of this near as much. Now most people would rather piss on you than help you out for five seconds. Thanks for the reaction, hope you are having a truly blessed day.... And if you can make people smarter.... We need you horribly bad right now lol.... Heck I'll take a few lessons myself 😂

I saw you in the comments on Ren's post, so no need to let you know about it. 1 other thing, although illest is not in my top tracks of his, I promise that it is on many others. Just a reminder that if an artist knows how to write meaningful music it's going to be very subjective on what one likes. This is not about the Ren fans that love everything. So many on the RH Facebook group discuss what they like and what they don't. Everyone's list is different when it comes to his hiphop. The same with the reactors that I respect and choose to listen to. I think about this a lot (it's my analytical side of ADHD I guess 😂.) There are many that are honest and many that aren't as well and do stupid shit. I can't always tell which ones are like that, but I can tell the one's that are real when they detail what they like. Haha I loved your rant 😹 I truly think Ren has upped his game big time, especially with this collab. I agree - it’s my favorite collab overall, and that’s saying a lot. The song, the message, the vocals, the harmonies, the switch ups, the guitar parts, and then when you add in an unbelievable video … unreal. This needs to go viral. And Ren has a ton more on the way! There’s a really cool BTS for the video I believe on Frankie Fire’s page. It’s worth checking out. They filmed this on the day of the eclipse, when Ren spent a few days with Webby in Connecticut. They plan to do more together.

Fellow Mississippi boy here (Louisville), it took getting the hell out of that backwoods, backwards small town to get to see the world as beautiful, varied, and pretty wonderful. California was my path out (and maybe the Army). I wasn't my dad, but I needed to get my horizon's opened - people are cool, just got to invest time in getting to know them and get over yourself. 12:17 These are my two favourite artists of today and Webby equally deserves the props for his work. He has been grinding and has been suffering his whole life with severe ADHD (hence the label/brand he has with EightyHD). Pleeeeease do some more reactions from him. You haven't seen anything yet. This song made me tear up and to be honest, when you were talking about your health struggles too. I feel you on that. I've not had cancer but I've broken my back twice and have an autoimmune disease so life is beautiful but also difficult. I love your fair analysis of musicians you listen to. Brilliant reaction! This MV made me emotional too, the reasons ran round my mind, there were several, it definitely hit me emotionally. Yes, we are all members of society, wish more people recognised that pretty fucking obvious fact! Agreed this is my favourite collab with Ren and friends to date. But I could be biased….big fan of Webby. I was super emotional, watching this video for the first time. It’s so good and heartbreaking that it’s not getting as much love as it deserves. Webby tends to rub the super woke the wrong way. Which is probably why I love him so much… but it probably hurts him in the algorithm and views, etc..

I need to dig into Webby. Ren is a given. Song’s already fire but the video kicks it up 10 notches. When we’re dead what did all the hatred and hurt get you except maybe a ticket to Purgatory next to the person you hated. And patience is a blessing. Lord knows it’s hard today. I think it is possible to get a lot out of Ren's songs without having experienced a health battle, but let's face it, those of us who've been through it are always going to understand him on levels the able-bodied people who've always had perfect health won't get until they go there themselves. Which, if you live long enough, it is inevitable. In the meantime, I appreciate you having the patience to try and meet people where they are and change minds. That is a rare quality and one that is badly needed in our polarized world. So, kuddos for that. I was a teacher. A Kindergarten teacher. So I have the patience of the saint for learners. But since long COVID ribbed me of my health, I no longer have energy to waste on the willfully ignorant. I still find myself taking cracks at educating strangers when the opportunity arises, but I down tools immediately when I encounter a closed mind. I'll be watching for the next Ren reactions. In the meantime, remember nothing will ever be worth your health or your peace.

There are some people I just literally move on from, because there isn't a willingness to learn at all. This def was a 🔥song and I always appreciate your honesty. Not everyone is going to like the same things. I mentioned in a comment on a previous one of your reactions that one of my favorite artists of all times has a ton of stuff he's done that I'm meh about.
