@@revolvermd I totally agree an underpaid is an understatement. I left after 4 years due to another job offer with the government doing social services. I'm still in contact with some of those students to this day. Although they were a constant thought, I was struggling to pay my bills. When I went back to visit, the new teacher said " you must be Miss B. I never saw them like this before and it made my heart smile.
I love it! I had never seen in until I was a junior/senior in HS. At that HS they LOVED the principal he was amazing. So many cried when he retired. I love seeing this school celebrate the principal like this!
An administrator that is LOVED by her students - a rarity. A story that needs to be shared more. She needs to help spread whatever message she shares with her staff and students. She obviously is a great leader!

Reminds me of the now deceased Principle Linda Darden, Dalewood Middle, Chattanooga, TN. She was better known in Hamilton County as "The Phenomenal Educator"! Celebrated during Black History Month as "The Mover and Change Agent" of the decade. Like this lady, she was one in a million!!
@@kpopsolos While it's great to see instances where students genuinely appreciate their principal, I still believe that there are situations where students might fake their reactions. I've witnessed instances where students tried to impress the principal by exaggerating their appreciation. I understand that this may not be the case in every situation, but it's important to consider different perspectives and recognize that such behavior can occur. Judging someone based on the crowd recognizing them is sheer nonsense.

@ThatOneChorusKid I had a principal with a full suit everyday, he was cool though, and everywhere, he was always roaming and couldn't stay in one place for 5 minutes, which is surprising cuz he was also short

@@BlueIceey_vr They don't allow snacks They expell students for having long hair (the males) They always target the timid ones to bully If ur skirt is 1 inch above the knee u can't come back to school until u un-hem it or get a new skirt. Ur not allowed to have bracelets. Ur not allowed to wear earrings (not talking about the hoops) They insult u They beat u They harass u most times. They humiliate u in front of ppl . They allow the janitress to lock the bathrooms during all periods except break and lunch not even allowing kids with medical conditions to use the bathroom. They don't pay the lunch lady so she went on strike for two weeks and haven't come back so we all starve. They only support guidance counselors and pay for useless field trips but can't support teachers trying to motivate students so the teachers dig into their own pockets and buy things for the classroom and extra activities etc. I can name 10 more

The students feel comfortable when other students also cheered and laugh with them and had no fear. This is how they were brave enough to shout even when the principal came.
That's the best feeling for teacher and not only the fact that they were able to see their students learning each day through them but also being able to see and feel that they're loved and respected by their students

If they do, they will die. Not immediately, but death is certain. Eve ate the fruit and gave Adam some to eat as well. And he did. That showed that humans are sinners and not perfect. That is why Jesus came to Earth to save humans of their sins. This leads to a relationship with God(the main reason) and eternal life. He did that by dying on the cross. 3 days later, he resurrected. The story of Jesus is beautiful. If you do not already have a Bible, purchase one. If you do not have the money, pray to God about you wanting a Bible and if he could please provide one for you. This does not mean a Bible will come from the sky and land on your hands. Pray to God every day. But to not be blabbering that just say a bunch of words to try to impress and show off to other people or to impress. This does not mean long prayers are bad always pray out of the heart. Give thanks also when you pray. The Father (also God) sent his only son Jesus Christ to die for you. Rejoice brothers and sisters because your price was payed by Jesus Christ death. Acts 16:31 They replied, "Believe in the Lord Jesus , and you will be saved- you and your household." 🎉 Jesus loves You, smile, isn't that just amazing❤😊🎉 Keep trying, no matter what problem that you face. My principle from HS ate shit on stairs in front of everyone while shr was trying to stop a fight. She looked up at everyone in shocked because no one helped her.. she always made us throw away our sweet teas from the donut shop..
You know that you are loved when the whole school celebrates you. It pays to treat everyone with respect and love. This Principal got back the love and respect that she had shown to her students.
From my dad being an administrator... this lady was both loved and feared. She loved her students to her death but also whipped their butts in a good way when they were outta line that they all knew she wanted the absolute best for them

Stuff like this happens, when you are chill and just communicate and make an effort to get along with the kids it rewards itself. We loved our principles back in highschool
it's so cool to hear!! Recently in our school (in Russia) a principal has changed and almost the half of teachers quit... and now I study to be a teacher... I hope for the best

We had a principle like that in my home town, later became the superintendent , at his funeral thousands came to pay respect for his kindness and being a man of Honor.
I love an educator that can crack it up with the kids and still be a role model as well as person to look up to and come to and have fun at the same time.
Jesus loves u all. Jesus offers to pay for your sins on the cross and three days later he rose. and so when we believe in him, as putting ur trust into him allows us to be saved and receive eternal life!
