Their school was swept away by the flood | Extreme Makeover Home Edition | Full Episode 

Alot I want to say, but know I'm limited. First I really miss this show. EMHE was one of the most uplifting shows on TV and never should have been taken off. Second, I am from Nashville. I moved over 20 years ago and really miss it. When the flood hit my heart broke, I actually lost a couple friends during it. This made me home sick and to all in Nashville, please no matter what always be the Big City, small town attitude I know, and Keep it one of the jewels of the south! Love all of ya!

For those of you wondering, in the south where winter temps don't get so low that you wouldn't want your children walking around outside schools will often have their preschools and kindergartens in trailers or cheaper made structures further from the building so they can be as loud and rambunctious as they want without disturbing anyone else. Its basically their own mini school away from the main school. Personally i remember being a clutz, i remember all my schools having cinderblock walls and fake tile floors so i appreciate the fact that kindergarten had semi-flexable wooden walls and soft carpeting over plywood floors. Made being a clutz less painful.

I miss this show, and I am looking for this for a long time ago. I was able to watch this on Lifestyle Network TV when I was in high school way back 2007 and 2008. From old and rotten to renovated houses. This time, I am so impressed on the renovation of a flooded primary school. I still remember back then when I was a former educator in my home country, giving our learners a bright future. It may seem challenging, but never giving up on achieving their dreams. :)

This has to be the best makeover they've done!! Awesome!

Just seeing the principal alone giving all those kids high five brought tears to my eyes !!! It's a wonderful sight to see someone of authority giving them a sense of love ❤️ !

You can see how much they love their students. We need more people like them in 5his world.

My heart is breaking, watching these amazing people from EMHE work their magic to come rescue others, to lift their spirits, to bring their hearts & hands to bring Lighthouse a new, better life! I’m crying

I went to the Grand Ole Opry and had an amazing tour. It’s only like 40 bucks so I recommend it to everyone. I can’t wait to go again! The video they show you before the tour is so good too. They give you the knowledge about what the flood did to the place and you can still see the water line on some of the walls. I’m 6 ft talk and it was waistline to me. Just crazy how that can happen.

So much gratitude that it was a Saturday, no children inside that school house!🙏😳

This is not to say anything bad about Carrie Underwood sense Carrie Underwood is A very talented and beautiful singer, It's just her last name is distracting with my step-dad's maiden name and that is "Underwood" So I'll usually be asked or he'll be asked every now and then "Are You/ Is Your Step-Dad Realated To Carrie Underwood??" So me and my Step-dad will usually tell them "If I/He Was We're Still Waiting On Some Money She Owe's Us From Her Concerts 🎸".

And I was interested in that show at first I watched it a lot how many people actually were on here that have got houses or whatever and still have their houses why don't you show the ones that lost them houses it's all a bunch of b******* they should have been able to keep their houses we need to know why they don't have their houses no more after being on the show how the show messed it up to where they lost their houses or why they lost their own homes

Great so the teachers go paid for a full year off and not just the 4 months they all ready get off.
