The point is nimo is easily countered by Target furthest or shield or healing or summoning cards makes your 50 shield useless but. That fast energy burst is good.

Can Axie Infinity rework the tiny turtle? Instead of 4 turns, make it 3 turns so that cleanse can totally remove it? cleanser only removes 3 turns right?
Finally some AxieFaction new content on youtube. I guess they had some feedback that the cards were all kinda generics and the classes did need some identity like the weakness/resistence from v2 ...i rather have each class with this identity than the weakness ...i did play some Pokémon TCG and it was rough to have to chang all your deck because some new release that would destroy you based on the weakness ... Now is more like Magic, where every class will have its own strategy and even if your cards get nerfed, you will still have your favorite strategy ingame and can have some fun with it. Besides you will have the Axie factor, where you can try to find the sinergy between all the strategy and find some new meta / rogue decks ...And if its fun already, imagine with mechs, dusks (Probably stealing the daze cards from aquas and maybe some bugs ones hahaha) and dawns and their own strategy added to the game. Now Origins is getting really interesting.
I don't want to overreact to every single update. Going to wait to see the whole thing, the big picture. Ryan I hope you make videos trying and testing teams once the full patch is done. Just sad for Birds. I see Poison and Aquas being dominant for season 2.
There are multiple strats involved with leafy. in Season 1 people used carrot and cactus for more agro, others used hatsune cactus for more defense and utility. The latter is still viable but will need to breed with Gravel Ant now.

@@ramagaming873 The game was very different last season. We had an announcement that there would be huge changes. Everyone listed their axies expecting the changes. Thats why Axies that were meta last season are fairly cheep now. As for season 2, all we can do is speculate. I have a very strong understanding of the game so I can (with reasonable doubt) predict effectiveness of different cards to an extent. The main goal with these early videos is to give a good starting point for people to begin testing. There will be more balancing before the season starts. but the true meta will not begin developing until the season begins and we can see the direction its headed. If you are new I would recommend not buying any axies until further into season two. just have fun for now. :)
Awesome Video Really good inputs. I am leaning towards a Leafy team for S2 compared to the old AOE build. Tri-feather and Granmas Fan got nerf. Ranchu and Chubby is the way but way too expensive for now.
the evident problem for me is that there's almost zero incentive for mixing classes. see, you created all plant, all reptile and all aqua teams. these new changes completely overlooked ways in which we could get benefits by balancing a team... imagine an RPG where you could only win by having a team full of mages, or full of archers. boring parties imho.
I only had half the cards available when I created this video. on top of that, I did not take into account runes or charms. End game will always utilize mystics with solo, forcing people to play varied teams for late season. We will have to wait and see I guess.
thats how stupid axie team dev is people are investing axie for such build then change it to next season over and over again wich eventually kills some builds because the card reworks bricked the entire team synergy im just waiting for people to cancel the dev team and see this scam to die
