Reduce the input buffer to be in line with every other fighting game AND remove the mandatory party for rifts. It was sold as a pve mode NOT a co-op mode.
@@kylespevak6781its not mandatory but theres no denying it’s irritating if you’re trying to complete challenges, as its a lot easier to grind solo than find someone else willing to do the boring rifts with you

We deserve more • character currency LESS perk pt • rifts less boring • easier battle pass leveling (I know they added it, but it’s so lame. I’m lv 30, but feel like it takes forever) • let’s get a Top Dog event that isn’t braindead, I was at 85k and placed #1 and my buddy had 5k experience in his and had 5k, while being at #1…how that is even fair is insane. You have 50 people and my top 5 were SWEATING lol also….For what? Some XP a lame badge and Perk Points? I didn’t grind for it, just won matches and it happened, but what you won was so cheeks.
I don’t think AGENT SMITH is ready for gameplay, cause it’s showing with PFG removing difficulties making it VERY impossible to get him before July even comes 😭🤣
Also the 4th difficulty isn't unlocked until July 10th. So that's the earliest he'd be available without more rifts beyond the one unlocking next week.
I call complete bullshit on their reason for removing the easier difficulty. The only reason they removed it was because they haven’t finished the Agent Smith character yet & are trying to cover their asses by delaying progression in this way.
I don't think Smith is fully in control, though he may be playing a part. They're are a few matrix skins scattered throughout the rift, and it kind of seems like there are two sides at play? One group seems to be trying to keep us there by capturing Toastie, while the other side just seems to want us to leave. And the first fight Shaggy mentions "bad stuff in the rift". My read would be that we enter the rift while Smith is in the middle of trying to take over. Maybe he even brought us there? I'm still unclear how the rifts work exactly, are we entering them voluntarily or are we being forcibly taken to them in terms of the story? The Jason one seemed forced, but Banana Guard "leading" the expedition on this one makes it seem voluntary, as did the detective rift? Maybe a mix of both? In any case, we get there while Smith is there trying to take over, and he kidnaps Toastie so that we'll push further in and fight the security systems for him. Meanwhile the security system is just part of Dexter's Lab and just trying to keep out an invading force (us). With Dexter himself stepping in to try and repel us at the end. I definitely believe the robot is just Dexter. The dialogue doesn't suggest being taken over in any way and sounds like Dexter's speech pattern.
@@ElecManEXEyeah I think Smith is definitely involved here with the digital copies, the take over and Toasty’s kidnapping but the other side is Dexter defending his lab from invaders (us). Which makes since because Dexter has always been protective of his lab. And I also see Smith being a boss at some point in the future.
With all the games coming out they need to get it together like 98 percent of my friends already dropped it which is understandable given the current state so much hype just to be a bust 😢
Server issues have done nothing but get worse since the last patch. I legit can’t play 2’s. My game has a 50% chance of Disconnecting/desyncing every f’n 2’s match. Ridiculous bro. F’ing ridiculous.
last patch didn't do sh!t on Xbox maybe even worse LOL. My laptop isn't that great in graphics to play there. interest is plummeting faaaaast.... I just get tired of it after playing 20min daily like this.... it's borderline unplayable... time to do something because they wil lose so many players...
Dude you're telling me..and not to mention the fact that do dailys and weekly challenges, top dog and match xp are still not enough...took me two and a half weeks to get to lvl 32 on the the battle pass and it doesn't seem any closer. There's not enough time and I work...have a life outside of Gaming. The gems level only gets you to crushing difficulty btw..I've played with level 5 gems even and still get fucked up...the gem level unlocks it, but then you have to grind more to level up more gems just to beat the higher difficulties and it takes forever.
@@thatkidcgonzo I know, I'm trying to get that level 7 for the insane boss but it's such a long grind and I don't wanna buy anything that doesn't even get me stuff for online, let alone before they fix all the issues that seem to be added when they upgraded the engine
the network error shit is totally f up. not only can you not play and enjoy the game but you basically miss out on all the event rewards not to mention the amount of missions that simply aint possible for allot of accounts. They truly whiffed this "rerelease" the amount of serious issues is mind boggling.

Dexter is surely coming eventually, but I have my doubts it'll be next week or any time soon . For one, this is the only rift so far with zero cinematics, and I think that if Dexter was coming next week they would have ended the rift with some sort of cinematic hint given the timing. Even just a brief teaser of his reveal video. But also on a more meta level, Dexter has no files in the game like many other characters, do nor any characters with unique conversations directed to him. The PPG mention him, but don't talk to him directly. So I don't think he's probably had much work done on him. Also the theme of the season being villains, but then the first character we get isn't a villain at all? Be kinda weird. I do hope we get a reveal / character release soon and aren't just stuck waiting for Agent Smith to release as our first one, considering he seems to still be a few weeks out even with his "early release" via rifts and the event. I realize that the game has a lot of problems they need to fix right now and that's probably what they should be focusing most on, but I would hope they have a few characters ready to go already and thus we'd still get new characters released regardless.

Right now im at 11 boss kills. It would be 12 if they didn't take difficulty experience away then maybe my gems would be high enough to reach 7 instead of being stuck at 6.3 and i have 2 the are at 7 and its still not enough smh
Considering where we're at after the beta I just can't enjoy the game in all honesty. I'll just keeps tabs on it, since they're clearly trying to catch up on full launch again. Like what was the point of changing the engine for the netcode if it's practically the same. Lmk when the game is good again 👍

I agree, removing the moderate difficulty for later Rifts seems like a really dumb move. Hopefully this is another choice they backpedal on with enough criticisms. Up to now, they've usually been relatively decent about hearing and responding to fan feedback Also for Rifts, I'd appreciate them stop making nodes that are dependant on needing specific cosmetics. Especially since I'm having a difficult time getting the Glemium to unlock those cosmetics
Would love for some levels to give you the character they want you to play as, we got this with the first level in Jason's Rift where we play as Finn even if you don't own his character. This weeks we have a few that require a space jam character, would be cool if we got a "free" use of a tune squad skin or something so we could play it. Would also like a rework of the Joker required missions in the same vein, though there were a ton with that requirement.
I dont think there ever was a post about difficulties, but its just in the game the experienced description always said it was for "early season rifts". So its always 4 difficulties. That also means you need to beat all but 2 bosses to fully complete the smith event, and only half the rifts on 3 difficuties (the rest at least 2, or whatever combination is easiest for you) to get smith himself. This does mean its possible to get smith eventually without ever playing past crushing difficulty as well.
You forgot to note the fact that the agent smith event will not last the entire season. Those 8 rifts will most likely not fully be added before that event finishes, meaning they’ll do it in a way where you are forced to complete all the difficulties on all the available rifts to obtain it
@FrenchUzi true, but like he said in the video, the pacing so far would suggest the final rift comes July 8th, giving two weeks all rifts and difficulties are available to play where you can unlock agent Smith. To me it seems reasonable so far EDIT: Also the season would end like a week after the Smith event does, so it's really not too different, they're giving a week where all content is done and they're gearing up for the next one

It takes forever to level up gems unless you use Gleamium..gleamium which I was saving for the battle pass for season 2 which I will probably now have to pay for and the gem lvl just unlocks the next difficulty..you still need to level up gems to beat the damn thing. Also the rifts should give you xp, because some of us have jobs and lives and can't play 24/7. I attended a wedding out of town a couple weekends ago and missed mad xp. The battle pass is a joke too..10xp per won match when the BP levels are at least almost 2,000 each to reach it. I don't have time for Top Dog either and if you have no lifers in your bracket you're screwed! This whole game is unreasonable. The only xp that really helps a lot is the weekly challenges and obviously you get those weekly and I did the math even with the weekly there's not enough to finish it. It took my almost 3 weeks to get to lvl 32..if you think this game is fair you clearly haven't played. After work I do every challenge and it isn't enough.
Each day, each week, each second time passes, that agent Smith event becomes more stupid and unjustified, not even SPENDING MONEY which is what wb wants can you actually progress now, that's sad
Are they gonna fix the input issues, the rifts pay to progress is horrible, now the weekly XP are character locked why !!, as rifts are already character locked and cosmetics requirements. They are literally building from top to down, they are ruining a wonderful game.
Server fixes are really needed. Some days 70% of my game has some kind of connection issue, even with crossplay turned off. The worst are the games that got cancelled because of desync that turn into a loss. Some days I lose atleast 60 to 70% of my games because of this BS. Makes me never want to play at all, im sure im not alone.
There needs to be a easier way to get skins. If you go to the rift and beat a character with a specific skin. Beating that character should reward you with that specific skin. Making more of an incentive to actually want to do the rift’s.
At least the good thing I have heard from my Xbox friends is connections are much better and stable now played a bunch of matches and not one match dropped 🎉
I'd love to see missions such as the smash bros campaign where it's a long level you run around on like a super Mario level with little enemies to defeat and stuff.
Who are these people who are tweeting out "rifts are awesome" "rifts are so fun" to the lead dev. Teacher's pet. It's literally cpu matches. That's it. There's one coolish level where you parkour to destroy targets. A bellow average flash game.
I’m OK with everything and one of the implement away for you to buy levels in the battle pass if you choose to like they did for the open beta and closed alpha of the game
