What I’d be more interested to know is if you find the Theragun mini powerful enough to fully relax your large muscle groups such as legs and lats. Do you solely use the Theragun mini or do you also use another device and if so which one is it?
I appreciate the feedback. at 3:12 I talk about how level 1 and 2 are plenty for me. I have access to where I work to all the Theraguns models ( Pro and Elite). The mini at level 3 is more than plenty to get my quads, glutes, hamstrings. All those bigger muscle groups. Hope this helps
yeah for sure not normal. I always use mine for over 10 mins after a long run and never noticed or felt it overheat a bit. Hopefully under a warranty where they can replace it or check it out for you.
