I think in shoulder flexion one hand should give support to the wrist and one shoulde move along with the gravitational side .is it crct or not.but ur not moving ur another hand like that,u just keeping that hand just below tha elbow and making flexion ..pls clarify my doubt sir.is that crct or not

i think in elbow flexion and extenion support must be under the elbow to prevent the limition of the motion ..... but very good video

I am PT student it’s good but the doctor has missed out some details like positions he is laying at is supine I think it depends on what text book each university is referring too
