Love how excited you get when pulling a sack. And that face you made when you put the sack in your hand was beautiful felt the love/passion. Dave you're a true Leader of this stuff we all watch with aww at your availability. Love your videos keep up the hard work.

We use to candle our chicken eggs to see what's inside and you can do the same with a different light. I've had some Psalmopoeus sacs with infertile eggs, but these look good to me. I also pulled P. metallica sac which was on a 24°c at 30 days and a waited for 2 more weeks to see some legs popping trough. I hope they will too, she was on bottom shelf tho so slower development may be the cause🤞

Ahhh my heart sank, I had high hopes for this, the year has been going amazing so far - well if anyone can recover this situation Dave it’s you mate. I felt your disappointment, and heard it, like the moment you suddenly remember a good night out that maybe had a wobbly moment or two - I love this channel; the high’s are high, but the low’s are very low and tough to watch sometimes. I won't lie that was a bit anticlimactic, sadly. Your excitement really shown through and I realized at some point I was holding my breath. I really hope they turn out to be fertile. I have no idea if spider eggs are like other types of eggs where you can sometimes see veins or an attachment point. It looked to me like some of the eggs were different than others so hopefully that means fertile not bad. I look forward to an update in a few weeks with lots of little Beasties scurrying about. On another note, I remember the rehouse of that lovely lady and her tank still looks fabulous. That ivy is growing so nicely and you will be able to get clippings from it for other setups eventually.

The madman just goes into a T. stirmi den and grabs her egg sac without any gloves on. No fear of urticating hairs at all. I hope the eggs end up developing though. Kind of worrying. =(

Do you think where they are so big maybe they take longer to develop? I can’t wait to see an update! That’s definitely the biggest size sac I’ve seen, never ceases to amaze me how good your spiders are and maybe she could tell that some eggs were bad so she was thinking about eating it?
