My mama ended up becoming a addicted but before that she was a great parent and when I told her (well not technically) but when she heard about it she believed me immediately, called him over, and beat his ass outside. I wasn’t supposed to see but I snuck out my room to make sure my mama would be ok because he told me if I told her in the first place he’d hurt her and my little sis. Long story short I was blessed to have a parent that listened and supported me
