I think it’s so much better that it’s one big image, like the last 54,000 one was a lot of pieces in one puzzle but it’s essentially lots of mini puzzles in the photo frames. One huge puzzle is way cooler and more complex I think!
The puzzle looks super interesting and I would def watch Karen complete it, but I hope she doesn't feel pressured to get and complete it, she already works so much on so many projects
@@rosiefay7283 the Travel around Art puzzle is divided up into 27 separate 2000 piece bags. With a poster image for each bag. This so to make it a bit easier. I hope they did something similar for this one 😄

Hi Karen! The issues with this are the size being too big for most homes and the huge time investment. But, if you can find a way to do it, your viewers will cheer you on. There could be other impressive, options with 30-40K pieces.
well it's divided into 60 bags. So you have to solve a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle 60 times. And I think everyone has enough space to do a 1000 piece puzzle. The sections that are already finished can be stowed away somewhere else
That's actually a really good price... comparing the price to something like LEGO... I'd say it's definitely worth it for anyone with the dedication to build it.
Karen you are so so great at puzzles. I recommend that you get this puzzle so I and others watch you achieve doing it. I've watched you do the 40,000 plus puzzle and it was great even though it took you some time. I love how you sectioned it off in parts tho. Take care Karen I'll be keeping my eyes out to see if you get the itch to do it. Or hopefully you get donated the puzzle to try from Dowdle since you are the official puzzle Queen.
Actually, the world's largest jigsaw puzzle in the world measures 48'x76'; with 551,232 pieces. The puzzle, which was put together at the Phu Tho Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City by the students at the University of Economics of Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. The 1,600 participating students were divided into 800 teams of two. It took the students 17 hours to first break up the 3,132 sections, each containing 176 pieces, into which the jigsaw puzzle had been divided, and then re-assemble them to create the puzzle. I find Dowdle puzzles to be on the more difficult side because of the way the drawings are made. I have done a few and the images tend to be a bit fuzzier than other brands, and the way he draws mountains, trees, etc. in a more cartooney way makes them harder, IMO.

The puzzle was a lot cheaper than I expected but I struggle with a 1000 piece puzzle. No way I could do it. But I can't wait to see the series of you completing it.
I was expecting you to say like it was like $10k at least. 800 is a lot of money but I feel like that's not that bad for something so detailed and complex.
Honestly for a puzzle somethig that big and special, it would be cool if its magnetic and comes with a board for you to do it on, or even hung on the wall and do it standing up or even sitting
These giant puzzles are honestly underwhelming because all the ones you've shown have repeated cuts such that they're just multiple smaller puzzles pieced into one. I'd like to see a puzzle of this size with all unique pieces.
With such an amazing puzzle it is unfortunate imo that the map format is the archaic Mercator projection which shows countries further from the equator disproportionately large.
I'm afraid this was useless for me as there are no subtitles for deaf people. No idea what was being said. I've found this with other shorts, no subtitles. Someone did tell me how to get them but I couldn't get it to work.
I know this is literally a year late lol, but I've found auto generated subtitles on RU-vid shorts to be kinda glitchy. Even if I had them turned on, I normally have to go into the options for a video and turn them on a second time for them to actually start showing
800 dollars is actually insanely affordable when you break it down to the amount of hours of enjoyment you would get from it, even just for material costs alone that seems super affordable. I’m honestly considering it
$800 isn’t actually all that bad considering that it’s 60,000 pieces which means it’s 0.01¢ per piece while a typical ravensburger 2000 piece puzzle costing $40 is 0.02¢ per piece
I'm not sure if this puzzle is really a 60000 pieces puzzle. In fact, in the box there are 60 bags with 1000 pieces puzzle. Each bag is a separate puzzle, with the normal edges.
Dowdle is one of my favorite puzzle brands ❤ I'm so excited to hear about this puzzle because I've been collecting the dowdle world puzzles 😊 now i have a new goal to work up to.
