There are 7 Endings in Elden Ring 

For those who weren’t aware, Ranni also has alternate dialogue for her ending as well. If you go back to ranni’s rise after completing her quest line, you’ll find a new grace at the top of her tower. Resting at it will give you the option to talk to Fumo Ranni. She will explain some of her plans for her age to you and will question if, after hearing her plans, you will still become her lord. Exhausting her dialogue here and then summoning her at the end of the game will slightly change her dialogue. It’s nothing mind blowing, as all it does is change “fair consort eternal” to “dear consort eternal” but it at least shows that she’s touched that you still went through with being her lord after hearing her plans. If you want the dialogue change, you need to talk to her at the to of the tower before you beat the game. If you beat Elden beast but haven’t chosen an ending yet, you can still grab the nearby grace in the boss arena and then teleport to ranni’s rise and get the dialogue as well. All that matters is that you exhaust her dialogue before summoning her.

No there is an actual secret true ending: Its when you get frenzy hugged, burn yourself then cure it with the needle in plazis Arena and then chose any of the (non frenzy) endings. There is no extra cutscene but getting your age with melina still alive AND not mad at you is the true ending

This "7th ending" is actually how I got the achievement for the frenzied lord ending. I was kind of bummed to not getting the Melina stinger.

If we wanna get technical, there should be another ending (story wise atleast) If you read the description of bayles flame lightning/bayles tyranny it claims that the heart still beats, never weakening, and that one day it will overtake the person who consumed it. So i any ending (Excluding frenzy ending maybe) if you had got one of these spells then at some point bayle will overtake your body, taking your place as lord. (And of course theres miquella too)

I haven't watched the video yet, but I can already tell it's either a frenzied flame video, or a video about leaving without doing any ending. also, technically speaking, there are 9 endings: - Regular ending - 3 new runes endings (Goldmask, Fia, Dung eater) - 2 Ranni endings (depending on if you talked to her in her rise after giving her the ring) - 2 Exalted flame (depending on if you sacrificed Melina or not) - You just left

Best ending should be - take frenzied flame before Melina sacrifices herself, burn yourself in her place, use golden needle to suppress frenzied flame and get different ending, take Ranni ending. Outcome = Melina alive, you get a waifu, everyone happy

I savescummed to get all the endings, so obviously Melina was gone when I did the frenzied flame ending. And I am just now learning that she's supposed to turn up in a cutscene and vow revenge.

I have a theory on how you can get another ending. If you complete the base game without restoring the elden ring then clearing the DLC and stopping before the PCR fight, you essentially bring in the age of compassion if Miquella is left unopposed. You clear the path for Miquellas take over.

In theory, there are - if we were to be lore accurate - at least seven more endings. One: We are slain my Maliketh and destroyed permanently. Two: We are consumed by Rykard and fuse with him, becomming one with the familee. Three: We die in Placidusax's arena outside of time, where the influence of the Outet Gods (the ressurecting piwer of the Greater Will included) does not reach. Four: We are eternally bewitched by Miquella. Five: We die to a powerful source of Frenzied Flame (most probably Midra), which even melts souls, so that there is nothing left to ressurect. Six: We use Miquella's finished needle on us, thereby blocking the influence of the GW, and die permanently. Seven: This one is debatable - we are infected with Deathroot, which should have a permanent effect like Maliketh's death-infused blade.

how can you marry a puppet? does that puppet have all her anatomy in place? she has four hands, must be a very good masseuse

The thing is, it's much easier to find the Subterranean Shunning Grounds when it's in the Ashen Capital (that's when I found it my first playthrough). So, it's really cool that they alter the ending depending on when you get to it

Couldn’t you just play the game and copy the save file at certain points and just use it like checkpoints to get what you need for each ending? Instead of playing the game 7 times.

The next DLC will have you challege the Lord of Death and will replace 2 Endings depending on your choice. After defeat "Godwyn," you will be given 2 choices: to save or to kill akin to Rogier's and D's paths, respectively. Save Godwyn and you will replace the Duskborn Ending as the Lord of those who live in Death. Kill Godwyn and you will replace Perfect Order with a new Ending with those who live in Death to be completely exterminated.

Personally, I think Rani's ending should have a variant where you realize you don't want to go to space and abandon your post as Elden Lord, you have a duty to The Land Between, you can't abandon your responsibilities to the land and it's people
