For 31 years, this idea has become my fixed idea. “One from all, but all also contain this One.” Back then, however, I read another sentence by Heraclitus, which I have not been able to find since. It was in an esoteric book about Heraclitus and read something like this: “In order to maintain the elementary cohesion of those atomistic ones, they must extend over one another. That would make them active unifiers.” On the same day, I thought to myself that if the earth's atoms all extend over each other, then the earth's magnetic field must be permanently aligned in a bowl shape at right angles to the sun. It sounds highly improbable, but it's true...! Does anyone know this second theorem, which some people attribute to Heraclitus?
So do you mean all physical things are together a united one but there is also a separation and distinction that plays in space and time that result in multiplication and makes up many things within the whole or many things that belong to the whole?
14:55 Can Schrodinger be falsified using calculus? I'm thinking that Schrodinger has played a bit of a slight of mind trick on us by demanding that only one single observation be made. What happens if there is a second observation? What will happen to the "aliveness" of the cat? Suppose we apply the smallest Planck unit of time to the observation interval. Will we know with ultimate certainty with zero uncertainty regarding the state of the cat?
I give up trying to find anything new in this interview. There are hundreds, maybe not hundreds, but at least dozens of YT videos revolving around the idea of how quantum theories, quantum mechanics, relativity, general and specific, correlates to our physical everyday experience, everything from the wave-particle duality, quantum entanglement, collapse of the wave function, many worlds theories, standard physics, etc., that pertain to glimpse a view of a supposed fundamental reality that underlies the universe. This interview is frustrating in that it seems to be running in circles trying to pin down this fundamental reality. I confess I have not read this particlar book, but from my view, there is a lot of semantic gymnastics, rather than a forthright mathematical explanation of the topic "The One." Interesting discussion but dull IMHO.
