Drug addiction has become a major concern than militancy.. AFSPA is still there...370 abrogation was to give free hand to builders, BJP, big corporate to loot resources of Laddakh and Kashmir... SC in its decision cleared that J&K under article 370 of Indian constitution didn't had any kind of autonomy, it's was quasi federalism.
