Real talk: it’s badass to see the preacher take an active role in helping Peppino by using exorcism. I also like how this conveys the “beginning of the end” vibe for the game. There aren’t many challenges left to face, but they’re the hardest poor Peps has to go through. -Boss 4: On top of the obvious horror, it’s also the fear of burnout, corporatization, and losing passion of his craft. -Pizzascare: General trauma from going through the tower. -Don’t Make A Sound: The main villain’s backstory, and Peppino’s fears of the same happening to his own restaurant should he fail. -WAR: The tower’s last card against Peps. Ditching the pizza theming entirely and going straight for the throat with his PTSD. He may have deluded himself into thinking he’s a war veteran (hasn’t served the two year minimum), but he was still a soldier. A soldier who left the army early due to some tragic event; my guess is an ambush by the enemy that left him the sole survivor of his platoon (Gus was on a different team away from Peppino’s and they were fine, or Gus was back line support and didn’t see much action). Stay strong, Peppino. You’ve almost made it.
@@thelivingglitch1371 close. According to the pizza tower show ideas doc (like an official one from off the wiki) he was a "mandatory infantry pizza man".
I know a lot of people find this level either underwhelming or terrible, especially considering it’s basically just a harder version/remix of PizzaSCAPE, but imo it’s one of the better levels, especially of world 5. No jumpscare gimmick which makes you have to sneak around, no forceful timer, just *PURE* skill and platforming allowing you to test how your skills have improved throughout the game.
To be honest i can see why people think Pizzascare is terrible due to how frustrating it is to P rank. Literally 4 of the 5 extra stuff required for p rank are in the escape sequence, and some of the placements are a bit punishing. also that ramp people are talking about, Yeah that's why most people hate it. It's just because of one room with a ramp
Eh I find all Floor 5 levels to be fun and unique in their own way, like Don't make a sound being a stealth horror without being stealthly and WAR being a fast paced shotgun spree with the timer not being too much of an issue. And of course Pizzascare is just all round fun level with the P rank route being really fun to figure out. ...and yes I have 101% the game so maybe just my bias
to be fair though, both DMAS and WAR test those skills in different ways, DMAS testing how good you can keep your skills even when under a completely different and more dark and dank atmosphere, whilst also testing your on the fly decision making and reaction times, whilst WAR, testing those things too, also tests your ability to think under pressure, the constant ticking of the clock and the music being sporadic and intense makes a very different atmosphere then DMAS, whilst DMAS felt like running around where you shouldn't be, punching cameras to make sure you aren't caught as you race to Pillar John, WAR is just fucking chaos. and that's ANOTHER thing DMAS tests, your ability to deal with enemies efficiently, since you practically can't ignore the patrollers and patrol cameras with how they're placed and how they work, you need to punch their lights out because you most likely can't race to the exit unless you're at the very end of the room, and most rooms aren't designed to be chased, only a select few are, so ultimately if you aren't close enough to either exit or panic, you're going to get caught, so the importance of dealing with the patrollers and patrol cameras is paramount to getting the P rank. and WAR is just WAR, it's intense as hell and incredibly hard but it's meant to be as the penultimate level of the game. a test of pure speed and endurance. (Especially if you're doing infinite lap runs of it.)
For some reason Atsuover has a certain unique music style you see nobody use anywhere else and a unique drawing style also making it hard not to recognize their songs and this...inspires me even more to create my songs one day when i have the material to!
Damn. Just Damn. can you make more of these remixes?,also i liked the little differences from the original like peppino screaming and running away insted of him just running with a dumb face (which i still like) and all the other details (Edit: thanks to this i p ranked pizza scare 🎉)
This may be an unpopular opinion, but I REALLY like this level. It just absolutely nails the atmosphere and it all feels like you’ve come full circle, being a remix of one of the very first level.
"Why would I continue being me when better people are all I see?" Because you don't have to be better to be better! As long as you can have fun and take care of yourself, then you're good. Everyone is different. Nobody is perfect. Everyone judges everybody, no matter how nice. And you don't have to get rid of everything bad about you because other people might see it as a strength, or in a way, cute. You should love yourself, now! And take all of that oxygen in this beautiful bubble we call the atmosphere.
Hey anne! I dont know how you've been but i recently came back to your channel just to see how you've been. I remember watching you about a year ago, and I would listen to your songs 24/7. You even got me into roblox parkour. But I hope you've been doing well.
