Don't try and force your religion onto other people, or try to say that it's "the right one", that's against god and his wishes. DeadlyLaughter Productions I think the misconception people have about miracles and why Magic is so effective is because there are spiritual principles applied in magic but their source is demonic. Whereas miracles are ordained by God and is Holy. Magic is an illegal use of spiritual power that’s why it can have many unintended or unknown consequences by the practitioners. I have dabbled with witchcraft and suffered with suicidal thoughts, spirit of depression, low self-esteem, anger,narcissism, whereas praying, fasting, and reading Gods word have miraculous effects because the source is God and you are within His will and not Satans will to manifest things. And only if God chooses too. Those in the occult aren’t really concerned with whether they should do something it’s a very selfish ideology of manifesting what would make your life better or would make you happy. Like Moses performed miracles but it’s called a miracle because it was authorized by God, miracles may seem like magic but the difference is that magic is not within the will of God. It is about the individual will, and Satan understands that humans want power they want to manifest their own will, and he allows certain ppl to attain that power but it comes at a cost. Your soul belongs to him, just like if you worship and praise God your soul belongs to Him. But Satan wants us in Hell with him. And God wants us to turn to Him. You are happy practising what you practise and that's wonderful, but stop pushing it on those who do not wish that for themselves. By forcing God on others you are only reinforcing the Christian stereotype and pushing people away. God gave us free will for a reason. You, believing in God should honour that. Yes, witchcraft can be used for darker things but so can Christianity. Do you think God would approve of the hatred and murder done in his name? I had read that it was disrespectful to the element of fire (elemental and herbal magick is practically all I do), but honestly everyone knows witchcraft is all about intent so unless you feel like your spells were less effective in the past, I'd say you were doing just fine

I like that. I actually prefer that visual to using a snuffer. I think that for my practice, I will use a snuffer to "pause" a multi day spell and blow the candle out when the spell is finished. Plus who wants to search for the snuffer every time they need to put a candle out. Magick is supposed to be practical too!

I actually like blowing out candles, like I am breathing life into my intentions and spreading them with the smoke. That's just me. 🤷‍♀️

Its ok ive been a practitioner for over 30 yrs ive snuffed out candles and i blow out candles theres no difference. Its how people practice and what they prefer in their practice.some believe that if u blow out your candle you blow away your intentions if you believe that then go with that I dont i practice totally different. Just like some practitioners will not do hexes or curses its against their beliefs they believe it will come back on you. Now me lolol im a norse pagan witch if its justified nd you hurt children or animals i will make you wish you were dead. ive never had one back fire. Olive oil actually used to be used as a form of currency back in the Fertile Crescent where farming originated. I consider it sacred to the ancestors, so it's definitely good for magic, especially if you're doing something connected to finance, ancestors, family, and food or nourishment (of course 😂).

Michael Gibson I love animals too, and feel very connected to them, often more than animals. Animals also seem to like me. If you’re practicing magic around them, maybe they’re trying to be your familiar? Or maybe they just sense a gentle soul in you, and know they can trust you.

I cast it with the intent of banishing a relative away who is a trouble maker and who has done nothing but cause problems for everyone we lived with. This person had already put forth the effort to get us kicked out of where we lived and her intentions succeeded in the end. As far as I know she is still living there and we are not.
