Thanks for that video. Living in West Los Angeles I have never been able to purchase, although I have helped too many friends renovate... I just had the inspiration to buy my Grandparents old house in Boulder City, up Hillside Drive, and renovate it as Italian/Spanish style? He gave Shirley Temple her tour, as he was a chief electrical supervisor long ago, back with your G. Grandfather. . Maybe for now I will try for a townhouse, if there are any? Than I can still travel. I like the way this desert town looks charmingly old fashioned and green for a desert.

Also, maybe this is a bad time to buy or even rent anything, values up values down... Amazingly, I was just right now researching my Grandparent's historic old 1936 house up on 3 Hillside Drive... I wanted to be sure it was still there, and It looks just like the old photos I have of it. I got frightened at first because it appeared to be torn down, (a big house was built behind it) --- is now owned by a lawyer, who bought it from DWP in Los Angeles, where Grandpa also was a supervisor. This is my family history, all wound up with DWP, Bureau of Reclamation and Hoover Dam. I can almost hear my Grandma's thoughts. It would be amazing if your Great Grandpa knew my Grandparents, Earnest & Ruth Bryant? I'm a sentimental romantic, and I want my old family home, and the charm of this little city, but could never afford $750,000. Either way, I am waiting for a payout before I apply for pre-qual. I was teaching English abroad, got stuck during the pandemic, (problem for some lenders - I have foreign earned income and self-employment) I can live PT at my friend's Malibu house, which would be nice to escape the hot summers. For now, I need a home!!!! (too much information) I don't see many townhouses for sale. Talk Later....
