Honestly, the rambling is kinda fun. Just random deluge of plans can be entertaining to hear. Been trying to find stuff to do myself, I keep forgetting about my Island honestly. Got caught up with Myths of the Realm but, that was a pain because I legitimately died 20 or so times during the run, I had never done so bad before. Was so burnt out from combat due to that I decided to focus my jobs, want to become an Omni-Crafter and Gatherer, got Master Culinarian recipe books No. 1-8 last night, probably will do more custom deliveries and need to do Side Quest clean up. Unless it was a blue quest for an Aether current, dungeon, or something else, I have barely touched any side quests past ARR so that will be fun
If you'd like to have your camera not clip through your ceiling, and money is no object, you can use eastern indoor ponds are probably the best for your furnishing limit. They're absolutely huge, and they stop your camera from clipping, not to mention they're very easy/very forgiving to float.
@@heskensol @1:50 What exactly are you using to layer that phasmascape? Is that some sore of window on top of it? It's a really nice muted effect on the display of it.
0:49 --- Thats how it works: take inspiration from the internet and make it your own XD 1:20 --- Dont tell me: item limit is a b***h XD I had a medium house with 300 slots, and trust me: its NOT enough! It just isnt! And 200 for a small... nope. The only thing you can do is either plan small (like a bathroom in the stair case and nothing in the basement) or cut back decorations and "designer interior" stuff. Its possible... what also helps is a 2nd floor with wooden panels. But if you want to use that 2nd floor, you have to know how to properly float and plan in advance. Also, floating: rotate before leaving the house :P
Also housing item limit is being increased in 7.0 and also, they’re adding the ability to dye multiple materials on a lot of gear and furniture in 7.0 so you may be able to sort out your chair problem. They announced it at fanfest NA
I've never seen that popout job macro before. Do tell how you did that, that'd be so useful for me. >.> Also, I do like these kinds of videos. They have a comforting feel to them.
I think you will like the Housing in ESO a lot if you like FFXiv housing. Imo ESO housing is more accessible and affordable. (Like the features are more lax. It's a lot easier to make and build stuff in ESO. You can make items clip, float, flip, and do whatever you want. There's an item limit but if you have ESO PLUS they double your limit. Getting houses themselves is super easy too. You just walk up to one you want and buy it. That simple)
Love your videos ^^ hope they up the item limit for all house types and gardens so annoying!! I recently tried decorating in FF myself and loved it so much I'm doing some little part time work as a decorator!!!
Hey so on crafting you pretty much never want to craft something manual. Always go to teamcraft, put your stats in and load other players craft macros. Then when you find one that works you just copy paste the macro. Your crafting hotbar should be like 75% macros and only have manual buttons for easy crafts (like tribal quests). If youre on a populated server, do frontlines for xp. You can swap classes before it starts and you get xp for what you queued into as. It FEELS like its inefficient but its actually only 20m and from lvl80-90 it gives more than praetorium.
just recently aquired a steamdeck and so my vigor and energy for playing the game has renewed because of the increased FPS compared to my laptop, I feel you on the burnout
also, for the craft, you're gonna need to make use of Innovation, Veneration, and both Food & Tea in order to make the indagator gear. I'm building up to it myself atm and once I can make it myself, I'll offer to make you a set, as long as you're on the US data centers, if not, tough cookies my friend, I'll share with you my rotation macro though once I got it fleshed out.
Too many FF creators fall into the trap of forcing videos out when they don't have any ideas leading to burnout so definitely try and branch out imo. FF isn't like a sandbox or PvP centric game where infinite content can be farmed.
For crafting and gathering, teamcraft is one of the best sites to use. So I will second that recommendation. For housing in and of itself, I know there are a few places showcasing all sorts of housing. And, for crafting leveling and helping with gearing, custom deliveries do great for both specially one you hit 90, because you get purple scrips. And if you need help with anything crafted and you're in na just let me know.
The house is looking good I'm not gonna lie. Housing is something else lol as soon as you finish your house you suddenly want to change it, just to see if you can make it better and its a looong process. It took me 6months to get a medium and then several weeks to decorate it and now I have the itch to change some rooms again XD I haven't even touched a majority of the systems in the game and I have to pace myself to not burn out or get overwhelmed.
Noticed u said about ur furnish kept getting reset everytime re-entering ur house, kinda basic mistake when doing furnish floaty-type glitching: u supposed to fake rotate the glitched furnish before leaving ur house zone to make the glitches stay permanent, as in u literally need to rotate each of furnish piece you glitched to float then confirm the rotate (even if position is literally same, don't cancel it, otherwise it won't work). Have fun! ;)
I didn't see anyone mention it, but I use Teamcraft's Crafting and Gathering melding guides personally, not sure if that would be helpful to you or not. As to getting the materia, if you're still using your Island Sanctuary, you can get a lot of it from there. :)
It's possible to craft Indagator´s Gear with just the new scrip gear you already own, you just gotta redo the meld a little in order to accomodate for either higher control stat or CP depending on what's lacking on your final craft. I'd recommend looking into Teamcraft as it's a great tool to test out crafting macros and rotations, not to mention that they have guides on how to meld the lowest requirement gear in order to get started with endgame crafting. That said, I could offer myself to craft it for you if you wish!
hey why dont you go show people the ghost towns on the Dynamis. it is always fun to go and look at the crazynes of a new data center. you can also talk about if you are in need of wondrustails second chanse every dungen you do there you get it. like a mini hack on second chance points
Hey I am more than happy to help you with the full upgraded crafter/gatherer gear. There are some awesome websites for how to do the macro rotations and pots needed for making sure your crafts are successful too if you are interested.
I'd gladly offer to help craft your gear, but uh.. I'm on Light EU so :'D Also I actually live with my FC at the same plot as you just of course different server etc haha, it's a good spot :D
Hello and im here used fantasia for the idk how many times, finally found the perfect length on my elezen ears that does not make her head or face look weird.. xD
If youre aim for medium house , you dont need to spend all money and effort too much on small one too you will definately gonna move them all over and redecorate all over again
It'll probably be months until I even get a medium since I'll be going for the best plot possible so I just wanna enjoy my small house as much as possible while I wait xD
@@heskensol in that case ya might gonna need re decorate upstairs again hah, with just only 30-ish items left i dont think it would be enough for everything downstairs xD
