In 2019 we premiered our first family concert series, ‘There’s a Sea in My Bedroom.’
We transformed the beloved and imaginative children’s book by Margaret Wild into an immersive stage production that included a brand new script, a specially commissioned score by Australian composer Paul Stanhope and visual effects.
Performed live by a string quintet of ACO Collective musicians at the Sydney Opera House’s Utzon Room this interactive production provided the perfection introduction to live music and storytelling for children aged 2-7 and their families.
