There's No Question Jonathan Kuminga is HIM 

People really sleeping on Moses Moody. Moody in college was a solid scorer / shooter. He has focus of rebuilding his game at a NBA level by being a solid defender and getting better athletically. He seems to be more comfortable and confident to score more and shoot more.

Kuminga is developing nicely, hopefully he makes the big leap this year but he’s coming to his own

Great video again sir. I agree JK was the best player on the floor. His ceiling is so high am seen a Yanis like player in him being the face of the post Curry Warriors era. He seems to have the growth mindset that makes the sky the limit. Lets go Warriors😊

It's a fine line the team is going to have to tread with JK. They want him confident and able to make quick decisions and reads, BUT.... they have to be realistic most nights he's not going to get that many shots or touches offensively. He will have to be consistent with his rebounding and defense and content with a smaller role most of the time. Only if some of the Vets ahead of him are injured will he have the opportunity to show more of what he can do. The sooner they get CP leading the 2nd unit the better. Having JK and Mood get a bunch of easier buckets off CP is going to do wonders for the whole team throughout the season.

Probably 0 chance he gets the 5 spot over looney. Looney is a rebounding machine and their best screen setter

Kuminga is like Superman when he was slowly learning the extent of his powers and trying to fly. Kuminga's best is yet to come. He's still learning the extent of his own powers. 💪💥🏆

There are those of us who have followed JKs career with the warrior. Who have successfully fended off attempts to include him on trades. He is going to have that extra polish working with CP3. And remember he is only 21

Kerr will have alot of lineup combination options. An intriguing SBall lineup would be CP, Steph, DGreen, JK n Wigs...with options of Rudy coming for jk or Green....etc...or Klay for Green....

I want to see what it looks like with Wiggz, Steph, Kuminga, Dray and Saric. All the moving, cutting and space plus decent to good defense. Might be a good lineup for spurts.

I’m really liking the warriors perimeter defense and bench play coming into the season. It’s beginning to feel like strength in numbers again. More to the point if the perimeter defense can improve then you worry less about Lakers baiting fouls and they can at least limit Jokers passing game (which honestly is the only viable option against joker in todays game).

JK needs to start next game . Also Warriors still need a vet big or hurry up and add Rudy Gay to the roster

I love what I am seeing from Kuminga and Moses . Dario is going to like Boris Biaw type big that does everything well just taller .

His best chance at starter is the 4 and slide dray to 5. Dray has the experience to deal with bigs while Wiggs and JK would be nightmare wings.

This guy dunks better than anyone in the league right now; he finishes better than anyone at the rim right now. The Warriors have never had such an explosive player. Just his field goal percentage alone is ridiculous, add speed and athleticism? To think that he didn't get enough minutes last season? Surely, unless I'm crazy, this guy deserves much more consideration from the coach, and it was so frustrating last season.

He's a freak, the next Kobe. However when it gets rough, meaning *On Da ROAD,* i say "maybe" down the line if they struggle on the road the Final Piece would be to get that 7 Footer I've been talking about...7'2" Freak Moses Brown would make Warriors *unbeatable.* I'm Warriors 100% but if they don't get that 7 footer......and Da Magic of Klay, Wiggins, CP & Looney's Blocking *syncs up* along with Kuminga then yes, it'll be Magic....still, that spot to fill, 7'2" Freak Moses Brown would Change Everything. I think for this year coming up, JK should continue to develop and come off the bench with the second unit. Working the pick and roll with CP3 will get him the touches while he gets stronger at rebounding and decision making. I’d love to see him win 6th man of the year. As for the starting 5 role, it would be great if Kerr swaps JK in for Looney on certain nights so that Kuminga can get reps and feel for the game with the regular starting unit. If he continues his upward ascent this season he could realistically be in line for the starting 5 position heading into next season.

Imo he could be perfect for an andre iguadala type role if they slide draymond to the 5, undesized 4 that can shoot + is extremely fast and switchable.

I think JK has a better shot at playing the backup 4 after hearing what Kerr told Klay about playing that same position. And I probably trust JK more than Klay to handle that position since he’s stronger, more athletic and more youthful

Opinion. Kerr ought to start JK in some games 🎮 Lineup 1: JK at PF, (Klay, Wiggins or Green) at SF, Looney at center, (Paul or Curry) at PG, (Curry or Klay) at SG.

They don't need JK to start at all. They are already a small team

He's developed a Hezi?? Woah!! An uber athletic wing with a decent hezi will be a massive problem!!

JK will continue to be a rotation player behind Wiggs and Dray, but the small ball team of Steph, Klay, Wiggs, Dray, and JK would be incredibly switchable, so I could see that as a nice line-up against wing heavy teams. However, despite being the 'obvious' choice, Looney should not be the first player replaced off the starting line-up. According to 538's Raptor metric, Steph was 3rd best point guard, Wiggs in top 15 small forwards, Draymond in top 25 power forwards, and Looney was the 8th best center. Klay however was the 65th best shooting guard behind such notable 2's as Jalen Suggs and Immanuel Quickley. However you feel about such metrics, I think most Warriors fans agreed that Klay's poor play hurt us last year, especially in the playoffs against the Lakers. Unless Klay sees a significant rebound in his play, I think Klay is the starter that should see his role reduced in favor of an increased role for JK, Moody, and/or Chris Paul.

If jk makes it into the starting lineup it will be steph, klay, wiggs, Jk, draymond. I think that lineup will have so much versatility on both sides it just depends on how much jk has improved.

Now wait a minute Swish, stop it, because I kept telling you about Kuminga AND Moses Moody when you were talking about the free agent ad ons. Nobody was even talking about that young core, putting emphasis on the height on the frontline players. Both Kuminga and Moody will be the two players that will carry the team during the regular season when those old legs get tired. Look for those two players to make big jump in production this season, which will make both Klay Thompson and Chris Paul expendable next season. Yes, I said it, Klay Thompson. Moody has been studying everything on Thompson, watching him in practice and mimicking his routines. Moody went on to say that he is modeling his game after Thompson. If Moody can increase his production to about 15pts per game, Thompson is as good as gone. Keep in mind, everything I told you would happen, happened when you doubted me last season, namely Jordan Poole.

JK Dunks better than Gianiss

As I have been saying all summer of 2023 Jonathan Kuminga needs to get 25-30 minutes a game and the Warriors need to play Chris Paul along Side of Jonathan Kuminga. His 3-point shot looked great in the 1st preseason game however hopefully his improving 3-point shot will not get in the way of his driving to the rim. He is a player that can sit down a defender that gets two or three fouls on him. Hopefully Chris Paul will buy into playing more minutes with the second unit and if he does maybe the most wins in a regular season of 73 games, held by the Warriors, will be eclipsed by the 2023-2024 Warriors who this time also win the NBA Championship. Oh and just for the greedy members of the Golden State Warriors fan base Kuminga wins NBA Most Improved Player and Chris Paul wins Sixth Man of the Year.

Kuminga was good enough to play last season, Now he has to start, they are hurting for a big and Kuminga should if not start. Get in there when Looney, Wiggins, or Dramond needs a rest.

I have never been a big Kerr fan. I think he is massively overrated as a coach who walked into an excellent situation that he did not build - this is catching up to the Warriors as was evident last year. Kerr's decision to not play JK, Moody, and Wiseman and instead play 2 way guys shows how odd his coaching is. I think last year was a complete waste for JK and Moody. Trading Wiseman will go down as a terrible mistake in the long run. Kid never had a chance. Honestly this team does not need Draymond, Paul, or Thompson anymore but folks are just unwilling to accept change. I think this year will be an injury-plagued season for the Dubs and I think the team will eventually flip to the young guys as many of the vets incur significant injuries which will lead to a mass fire sale by mid or end of the season. With the cap space of Draymond, Paul, and Thompson the Warriors are perfectly set up to grab a massive star in 2024. Luka, Fox, Siakim, Edwards, are all possible targets.

I am a big fan of Jonathan Kuminga, but he doesn’t have the experience, size or maturity as of yet to get into the starting five in my opinion.

He needs to stay on the bench. He can still get 25 mins a night off the bench. He has to have a full season of consistent IMPACTFUL production off the bench before he can start trying to take starting jobs. He should be trying to win 6th man of the year or most improved.
