@@jaimequintanajr.5276 exactly. Most people have no idea how fucked up life is as a quadriplegic. As a quadriplegic you pray everyday you were just a paraplegic. Most of the morons commenting here have no idea about paralysis.😮
There was this couple who lived in my neighborhood who who controlled their wheelchairs with their mouth. Their heads were limp to the side and there was a little joysitck up by their mouth. The rest of their body was paralyzed. Alot can happen and somewhere there is a person who has it way worse then you do.
How did he end up in the wheelchair to begin with ? Just wondering if he did bmx or dirtbike before or if it was a Mva and he always wanted to do stunts?
"Oh, sho0t! "!!! The biggest understatement a man has ever said before breaking his own back 😂😂 Edit: Me: "dad, I'm famou..." Mum: "he went to get some milk darling!" ❤
He was born paralyzed and that makes all the even more crazy like one day he looked at a ramp and thought I'm jumping that without any other references of jumping thinks like on a bike
My dad gave me a Hot Wheels figure from this dude in the wheelchair. To me it is a message that you shouldn’t let your life circumstances dictate what you wanna do. It’s an inspiration to be honest
Thanks.. I don't understand how people could make a sick joke.. he's overcome more adversity than anybody... I gotta couple of his chairs, in my hot wheels collection.. much respect and freaking hella talented.. takes the bruises and accomplishments.. there's another guy.. the best boxer, I've ever seen throw a body blow.. he covers his head high and lowers it low, so he can't be punched, perfectly.. better than anyone
@@davconelectric dude.. I don't even know.. I don't get in anybody's personal background or business.. He didn't have a bad day and sit down and tell me his story and I didn't get nosey and request his private information.. shit happens to all of us.. he learned to flipped in a wheelchair like none other.. end of story
@@J1m1nYcR1cK5 the bounce is not capable of deceit, unless you consider the metaphorical sense that the "bounce" of the rider put them in danger, thus the physics and/or wheelchair's suspension are expressing the treachery 😉
@@djbis this isn't just some guy making a foolish decision. He worked up to being able to do this, through probably thousands of hours of practise. He's living life better than 99% of people, because he has the courage to believe in himself instead of limit himself
Years ago I came up with "1, 2, 3, F IT!!!!" From rope swings off cliffs at the waterfalls in Saga Japan, to climbing to a monastery on a cliff side on Crete Greece. Anything that many others have done without injury but my fear of heights kicks in. I tell myself *you're not going to die* then yell "ONE, TWO, THREE..... F*CK IT!!!!!" And do whatever it is.
its how he ended up that way, he's a gasser as we used to call them. racing motocross there was always one out there riding a little faster then he knew how to, they have a sloppy riding style, just a hand full of throttle and their bike is all over the place, they were always the next one that was going to get hurt. it was accurate to the exact point. this guy, once upon a time was a gasser, nd still is
@@mikemarriott5702yes he is, it's what happens when you hang out with Travis and his gas can with a match to go energy. I am a living victim of just that or this. Jimbo Nitro Circus 2 No right turn busted my ass on the edge of the foam pit flipping a BMX bike to show the MX girls how to do it at Travis house back in the day My right leg was purple from knee to waste ❤ Brrrraaaap
It was the flapping of the arms ( absent in the first jump ) that gave him that slightly elongated flight path , required to reach the gradual , down slope , and avoid that diabolically sinister bounce , which would have most assuredly landed him in yet another wheelchair had he again crashed upon completion of said aerial stunt attempt... to put it briefly -
its the fails and learning from everything as well as the ambition to not stop and keep trying that make it sooo amazing and awesome when you finally achieve what you were aiming for! hell yea
I always think that he's gonna wreck and end up getting REALLY hurt but he just pops up like "I'm trying again".... I love that about him because it reminds me of old-school BMX riders. 😁👍🖤
I was about to question your use of stoicism but then I thought maybe I should check first. I know this is the internet so I'm supposed to react in the moment regardless of consequences. Some of the synonyms are pretty funny noun 1.the endurance of pain or hardship without the display of feelings and without complaint. Similar: patience forbearance resignation lack of protest lack of complaint fortitude endurance acceptance acceptance of the inevitable fatalism philosophicalness impassivity dispassion phlegm imperturbability calmness coolness cool stolidness Dunkirk spirit unflappability longanimity
@@alexrogers777 I think 'endurance' of pain, may well be high on the list of things, he's had to cope with. But, thank you very much for the kiss and slap. But, in the end, does my interpretation really matter? I hope life gives you what you're looking for my friend!
"When you no longer have the concern of paralyzing yourself... There's nothing left to do but full send." - Socrates What freedom this man managed from what most would consider debilitating circumstances and almost entirely gain only in better parking spaces is absolutely awe inspiring 💯
That first one looked like a neck breaker for sure!! He's all "hey, since I am already in a chair, and wrecked from the waist down, why not try from the neck down" 😮😮😮
