The ER staff would not ask a noro patient to EAT before leaving. Drink, yes, but not eat. They WOULD tell a diabetic in ketoacidosis to eat, tho - so they could see if the insulin they gave her is working.

My mom just had norvo virus (idk how to spell it) she took days off of work and laid in bed all day. She couldnt eat, she still kinda cant because it messed her stomach up. She went to the er for fluids. Yet heres 600lb foodie with it, vomiting, shitting and diabetes but she was able to go to new york? Yeah right
And…the ER would’ve had her remove her street clothes as soon as she presented signs of something as contagious as norovirus…I believe that she was able to keep her hijab on because she was being treated for diabetic symptoms.
They don't put you in a hospital gown in the er. She wasn't admitted for flu in spite of the fact she says she was "discharged". She is really looking for pity before she tries to stream again.
is that a Canada thing no gown in the ER if you are admitted ? in the US if you are admitted to the ER after triage they put you in a room with bed and all with a gown on because you are all hooked up for your vitals BP,heart and others depending on your situation, IV as she has etc .. also if you are pooping uncontrollably and dizzy, puking they put pads on the bed and you have to be in bed either sitting or laying whatever you prefer
Why didn’t she go to the ER Hospital when she first got sick instead of waiting 3 days to go! Noro virus last about 1 day it’s like a 24 hour virus! I also have diabetes and no gall bladder. You get careful about what you eat or it's a recipe for crapping your pants, but Salad would probably love that. This is the beatus. Can't tell me otherwise.

If she was diagnosed with the Norovirus and it's so contagious, you would think the hospital would make her wear a mask. I live in Watertown, NY (30 miles from the Canadian border) and we haven't had snow on the ground in more than a week.
My local Dollar Generals don't suck. They usually have some really cute kitchen stuff and home decor. Their food section isn't the best, but i don't shop there for the food.

I can see why the ring would be looser on her finger though. If she was dehydrated that means she's lost a lot of water weight, i.e. swelling in her fingers. You can see it at the end when she's in the car, the ring isn't as tight on her finger. Not because she's lost fat, but because she's lost fluids.

Yeah, that's an ER bed not a room. They also discharge you when you're better, regardless of hour, from the ER. They don't do that when you're admitted to an actual room.
I had noro about 6 years ago. How the heck she can eat a burrito with hot sauce after I literally can’t imagine. She is as indestructible as a sodding cockroach. When I had it I felt so nauseous I just wanted to lay still, not move, not talk and wait for it to stop. I could not have filmed a flipping video. This was the beetus I am convinced

Also the mention of her electrolytes being messed up means they drew a blood gas on her. As a Respiratory Therapist I can tell you that one of the only times we draw blood gasses on people who aren’t in some sort of respiratory distress is when they present in some sort of diabetic crisis. I wanna know what her pH was.

They don’t always give hospital gowns to everyone. If they knew it was just a stomach bug and she’d be out after fluids they probably wouldn’t have wasted a gown on her. I only got one after being admitted and relocated to my own room.

It makes a LOT of sense that she Cross the border to see the eclipse in totality. The town she went to wasn't a long drive but puts her in a great location for viewing. This is what i think. She took some stuff to loosen things up to make a video for her huzzzband Scatman. She took too much stuff, and the china buffet sent her system into overdrive. Hence, the dehydration. That's my theory, and im sticking to it. 😊
