25:23 It's not because they "lose the pawn" but they literally failed to reclaim that knight worth 3 points. That is why you are up 3 points of material instead of 1 point.
Doubled pawns aren't the end of the world when you still have an active queen and their queen is stuck on the sidelines not really able to do anything. The best place for your bishop in the end game is 3 squares away in any direction from a knight, because it blocks half of the square the knight can go to. That's why the computer rated taking the pawn with your bishop so highly, it incapacitates that knight AND wins a pawn. With the rook, if the knight moves to two of the available squares it gets taken by the rook, and if it moves to either of the other two of the other available squares, you could have pinned either the knight to the bishop or the bishop to the knight with absolutely no way for them to save both.
You need to know what looks like terrible moves especially in the opening Qa4 was terrible you could have jus attack queen with knight b6 and defend rook as well and you would have won a piece
Unless it is a specific situation you do not need to bother protecting a doubled pawn. Taking a pawn which leaves your opponent with 2 isolated pawn at the cost of a doubled pawn is always a good move you do not have to think that much about that.
As a general rule don’t move your queen in the opening! Because, your opponent can gain tempi, by attacking it. There are exceptions, but …Qd6? Was not one of them. Note that after …Nd7 then if white goes d4, you can win a pawn and black is close to winning.
