Why all learning institutions in Tanzania are running normally? Keep your God first and get rid of the cloud of fear.Since first June children are acquiring education.I don't think the disease is as deadly as it's ment to us.

Candidates will be doing their exams next year November as usual becoz one year there can no be two candidates and also another reason for saying so iz that the current form three have not yet been registered for next year's KCSE examination

This is a pathetic planning by this government. If the issue is the number of teachers available to provide enough cover to teach pupils in divided groups then why not only have these teachers concentrate on the KCPE and KCSE students only? This will mean few students at school at a time to avoid risk of infection through small grouping. It would allow these pupils enrolled to take exams to be taught in divided groups? How about the kids who are due to join primary schools from early years? Are they going to have one xtra year at home? The sensible thing would have been to promote other grades/ classes to next level based on previous mock exams and most resent assessments but at least ensure that KCPE and KCSE students take their exams. Will the government be paying back the boarding and tuition fees some parents paid towards their kids expecting that they would be taking exams by the end of the year? To say this academic year is null and void is absolute BS.

What is the big deal for someone to be promoted to the next class without doing final exams from class 1 to 8,l know kcpe and Knec are used as litmus paper and elimination method

My suggestion was candidates to resume schools on September and sit for their exams, but the rest God willing open next year, let all of them go to the next class, for example those in class five to go to class six n tackle the two syllabus (class five and six), this would be better

Build more schools in every county to reduce congestion of pupils in government schools. The Gov't has idle land that should serve that purpose. Sio kujenga majumba for who's who in the Gov't yet the crowding in Gov't schools has been brought about by your 100% transition. Making chiefs move from one house to another forcing children to school wasn't a good idea. Build schools first

These tumbocids cannot decide for majority Kenyans, do they know how life is hard for the majority poor..they should let candidates to sit. I'm a parent and i want my daughter to finish her form four we tend to other things. Girl child is under threat, their biological clock is tiktoking, teen pregnancies on the rise and these are some of the challenges they're facing. If it settles like this, many will drop out. My opinion though.
