🤔 hum.... Not what I was expecting , Some of the YOUNG PEOPLE putting a more positive spin on there corner of the world ! Took me back to my old North End neighborhood I was one of the young men’s age when I moved there homes were on every plot , then they began to disappear.... NOW since I’ve moved away investment is on an upswing properties on my block are getting complete rehabilitation . A 2 story office building behind me was bought for over a million to turn into a multi unit by a company out of Birmingham Mich ( all THIS B4 covid ) hopefully this will return to what was considered normal and the economy in Detroit and Everywhere Will pick back up and people well be Prosperously thriving
I grew up on the west. The property is cheap, but there is crime and Detroit is not developed. Certain people not moving there. Detroit is for a certain type of person. I don’t see myself living in Detroit ever again. I’ll visit
