My husband is IGBO man, and i am from West Papua, and i really proud for my husband culture and i like to hear the song from NIGERIA. anytime i play this song, my husband always start to dance. And i am happy to hear this song.
Guys, I'm angolan, I come here because of remix of this song mad buy phyno and Flavour. I Love so much your culture, you make it with "original african soul"... eventhough I don't undertand anything but It touch me deep inside of my soul. Real thanks for you.
My Biafra land!! The spirits of my Biafran ancestors have led me to wars and multiple deployments as an American soldier and, it's time to return home to my Biafra land and help take my people back to their culture. I know my people have sold their souls to Fulanis, Yorubas, and Britain, but we shall overcome AMEN!!!!
Then somewhere along the way, it went wrong. I pray God will redirect the Igbo race . I grew up in the 70’s and it’s a shame what we have become. Too much love for money is bad .
After listening to Larry Gaaga, Phyno, Flavour and Legendary Mama Theresa Onuoha's Egedege - I started looking for Mama Theresa's songs intentionally - I never knew her until now, She makes good African/Igbo culture music
This sounds so much like Central African traditional music! Laarry Gaga remix brought me here 🥰 I wish every new generation artists of all African countries introduce us to their traditional musicians like this
One of the few songs that got my dad singing along happily. Nda Willie, you are gone but never forgotten. Shout out too to late bros, Ajuz. You don't know what you have until you lose it. Onwu, you have robbed us of so many good and wonderful people. RIP to all the departed souls including those that have died in many countries from Covid-19. Peace upon your souls

I’m just realizing how much this song penetrated my subconscious 🤦♀️! I grew up hearing this song every single day as I lived in an Igbo(Anambra)dominated area in Lagos. I know all, I mean all her songs and can sing them. Thanks to them, I am relatively fluent in the language. Yes, now married to the best Igbo man alive!! I loooooove the Igbo culture so much!! Special thanks to you and flavor for this wonderful nostalgic feeling… lots of love 💕 from Texas.

This is one of the famous Igbo song I fall in love to play day in and day out. When I was growing up I danced this music with my group during the time in the village. To the blessed memory our Mama Egwu (Mother of Dance) Late Mrs. Jenny Onyegbule Nee Agim. Long Live No. 1 Theresa Onuorah...I love you. Bless your heart 💖❤️💜❣️💕
What a great music with a great feeling, my Thailand girlfriend and my Malaysian friend are very excited hearing it, even if they don't understand it but they feel it🥰🥰💞💞
I just listened to the remix with Larry Gaaga, Flavour and Phyno, with the Lion himself, Pete Edochie. It so much reminded me of my late Mum,(may her soul continue to rest in peace, amen) I'll have to go search for the original Egedege and play through out the weekend. So much goose bumps and soft feelings already. I love what these guys are doing, they should continue to seek to feature these great old legends with their undying songs as they continue to preserve our tradition and culture and make them known to the younger generations. I so wish I was part of that video... #Egedege of Africa
This song made my day , my father was old school recorder which later lead me to become DJ so therefore I was very young when he always playing this our beautiful cultural song 🎧 now that I matured hearing this song again it’s everything to me ❤️💯🎯 Igbo Amaka worldwide 🌎❤️👑🎯

she made this and performed for the wealthy but this music was truly for the common person. You heard this music in the streets back then in the East. Thank you to all the street vendors and store owners in marketplaces that blasted this music everyday back then. This was us.....Ibo people.💔❤❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥
This is a cultural music from the olden days. Each community around her own community had their own Egede group but her group, originally for people of Unubi community in Anambra state, has till date been the most famous of all. So even though it's a normal traditional music, if you can't afford their group you won't be able to have them perform for you.

This music reminds me the good old days of 80s while in secondary school when I will wake up at midnight by weekends after strenuous studies Monday to Friday playing without end till dawn.
