They look so much alike!

Same. However I learnt how to end it, and got remission from it. When it was ended in my life I then learnt how it can be ended in other people's lives. The one I had was so debilitating, I couldn't get out of bed, was absolutely exhasuted, and I also had undiagnosed tbi and injury to my central nervous system and all sorts of internal injuries and woundings, from a horrible situation but also from being on a medication that injured me, and then it was covered up and over. And I learnt how to confront it, and the medical and it just went on. I ended up getting my peace back, and got courage and confidence, andI still can have trouble when at this time, from things beyond my control, like the devastation and crisis and when whole towns are being wiped out and the world just looks the other way. But I know it ends, I get peace everytime and am released into freedom. Now I just have to deal with the sadness and grief that comes from being discriminated against, and not be treated in decent way, all because of immaturity and how people treat others. But it all comes to an end, peace comes forth, along with healing and the light turns on, understanding comes forth and the discrimination against the disabled and those with mental health issues ends and the anxiety end and we become brave.

Really… wow, I would never have guessed that you have anxiety. I have an anxiety disorder and just like you now, I’m very open about it and that in itself helps a bit already. It started for me after a very interesting and impacting spiritual experience, that I still only can tell but never explain. 🤷‍♀️ You did great! 💪🫶
