Sunday night 15 March 2009, at 23.30 the fire alarm again awakened every flat resident at Therese House 29-30 Glasshouse Yard, London EC1A 4JN. This happens usually twice or five times a month. As usual everyone has to evacuate themselves out of the premises and gather in the assembly point but some of them simply hang out and chatter in front of the building and the alarm is no longer a danger sign but a boring annoying sound. Some resist to stay inside in the reception since they are not well wrapped for the wind at the night and have a dispute of staying inside or outside with an officer or fire brigade.
