Thermal cooker 

Cooking with the Thermal cooker.
Great for camping or on the move.
Cook on gas or open fire.
500 grams of chuck steak
1 x tin of peas
1 x tin of corn
2 x potatoes
1 x onion
1 x Lamb casserole packet mix with 1 and a quarter cup of water
1 x Tomato paste sachet
1 x cup of rice with 3 x cups of water
Bring all to a boil and them simmer for 15-20 min then put away into the insulated bag. Wait for 4 , 5, 6, 7 or 8 hours then dig in and enjoy .
